True Crossover Academy of the Blue Flames (or True Crossover Academy, for short) is run by Principal Yukio Ginpachi OkumuraSakata and is run in conjunction with several other members of the GrandSugarClan.
True Crossover Academy is an institution of learning for humans and other creatures and hybrids. The academy offers an outstanding and comprehensive array of academic programs.
There are a large variety of classes for day students and night students. TCA’s main area of expertise is training students to become Exorcists, Heroes and helping those with special talents to control their powers and help create a balanced and friendly relationship between humans and non-humans (example half-demons, vampire, werewolves, hybrids, etc.)
Students of our academy are as diverse as the programs we offer. Our academy has on campus and off campus dorms. The campus also has a diverse faculty, a large cafeteria, indoor and outdoor sports areas, a magnificent library, a nursing room, after school club activities, etc.
Our goal is to create an comfortable environment to inspire, support, and empower our students.

At True Crossover Academy of the Blue Flame a small but cozy temporary orphan home was set up for children who needed a place to stay. The place was set up as a temporary safe house while the children waited to transition to Rose Heita’s Talented Arts High School. While at the orphanage the children would share rooms. Girls would in one room on one side of the hall and boys would be in another room on the opposite side. The name of the temporary house was Bright Future Orphanage. While the orphans were there they could take regular classes at the True Crossover Academy of the Blue Flame and enjoy free meals, three times a day, at their sizable lunch lounge. Once Rose arrived she would decide if the child staying at the temporary orphanage would be transitioned to her high school.

Welcome to True Crossover Academy of the Blue Flame’s Bright Future Orphanage. My name is Helena and I’m one of the staff members at this school.
Children, this will be your home for a while until you are at least the age of 18 in human years. If you are more than human than you can stay until the equivalent age of your species. This is your pass *holds it up for them to see.* Keep this with you so that if you get lost, you can show it to anyone inside or outside the academy and they can bring you back. The rules are very simple.
Girls on one side of the dorms and boys on the other during sleeping hours.
You are to take regular classes.
Respect each other.
And study hard.
You’ll get meals three times a day and you can shower within the orphanage.
Once you become 18 years of age. You can continue taking classes here, transfer to a new school, move out or move into the dorms right here on the academy campus.
But let’s take things one step at a time.
Please come in! I’ll show you where the rooms are and you can pick any empty bed you like. We offer uniforms and there are some clothes in the closets that might fit you if they don’t we’ll get new clothes for you.
Any faculty member at the academy will be happy to give you a tour of the campus.
Please be up early and make sure you show up for your classes.

*JoJo watched as Helena gave a tour of the new orphanage that was opened recently. He was glad he was able to donate to the cause and even help in building the small cozy orphan home. He walked over to his childhood friend and kissed her on the forehead.* This is so exciting. Having a place to house the children temporarily. I think it would make a great difference in their lives.

*Prince Koenma sees the orphanage and nods as he walks over to stand next to Helena and JoJo* This is perfect! Especially since so many children seem to be crossing the borders alone. *He throws his cape around his back and crosses his arms.* At least we’ll have somewhere to give them shelter temporarily or for as long as they feel they need to be here! It’s simple and cozy but the academy will provide them with everything they need. *he looks over to JoJo* I’m glad you came to help out. I thought you had your hands full with Dio.

*Helena would smile as she looked up at the orphanage.* I just hope we can make them all comfortable here. *She saw Mai and Miyuki approaching.* Oh my my, what a lovely sight! *She giggles as she walks towards them and hugs them.* I hope you’ll help me greet the new orphans who come here before they transition to Talented Arts. I think it would make it easier for them if they had familiar faces before they head to Rose’s school. *She took both their hands and walked them through the cozy orphanage so that they would know it inside out.* Perhaps you can both come with me to Akihabara and we can pick out some toys and story books the children might like.

-Miyuki looked up at her great grandmother then bowed her head slowly, agreeing with the kind thought she was bringing- Yes, that is a great idea. And with the books they could easily have something to do besides studying and getting to know each other. -Miyuki said already letting her mind bloom with kind thoughts and ideas on how to make the new children feel welcome and safe-

Mai listened to the two of them talk, trying to think herself how people would like to be treated when they were new to somewhere. “Ah.. ehm.. I think I should stay here and put blankets on the beds… I mean… If a lot of people go to a store then it wouldn’t be easy to find the best books and a conflict could easily appear because of disagreements..” Mai said holding up her free hand “I don’t mind staying back here though… And I think they would love to have something warm wrapped around them, and even something warm to drink..” She looked down at her hands before looking up at Helena with a smile on her face.

Mai nodded her head before she slightly bowed at Mephisto. “Haii… That would be a good idea. Then the kids can play outside as well and not get into trouble.” She looked down at her own feet trying to think of something else that would even make her happy if she was to come to this place “A playground… with a huge slide… and a sand pit…” She mumbled to herself trying to imagine the image of a playground outside.

*he looked at Mephy and blinked* What a strange fellow. *yet he introduced himself to him and agreed with the idea of a playground.* Helena, I would like to give you some money to shop with. I would like to contribute as much as I can. I would also be interested in building this playground along with everyone. If you all don’t mind. *he would smile* If little lady Mai wishes to stay behind I will keep her company Helena. No need to worry! *He was listening to Mai mumbling and would squat down.* I would love to hear your ideas. We can write them down or draw them then we can ask Mephisto to order what we need and we can build it up and paint it ourselves! *he was becoming overjoyed with the idea of seeing children play happily together.*

Mai looked up from her feet just to see directly at Jonathan, her eyes blinked a few times before she slowly nodded her head up and down “T-that could be a way of collecting everyones ideas as well. A-and I don’t mind getting paint on my clothes.” She said in a mumble, suddenly nervous to speak louder due to the new person in front of her. “A-and I hope Mephisto don’t mind picking up the materials…” She kept on mumbling, looking over at the other person.

*She stopped in front of the orphanage she heard had just opened. It brought back memories of her time in different orphanages.* I hope this one is better than most of the ones I was moved around to. The only one that treated me right was….*she felt tears well up in her eyes and she wiped them away.* Well, I’m here, I’ll help make sure this is a good place for them to stay. *she ran over to everyone as she smiles and waves* Oyy! *Rose approached the temporary orphanage, as she had been so caught up in the old world and making sure the children at Talented Arts in the old world were looked after, that she managed to find some time to go to the new world and had received a message informing her at her new world Talented Arts that there was a few children waiting at the temporary orphanage* Sorry for being late everyone. *She smiled as she entered into the grounds and looked around as she waved at all the family* Now, where are the young children that I’ve been informed about?
