*As Rintoki, NightSyn, Belphy and Yukio were escaping with Ginko, Yukio did look back and noticed that the others had remained behind battling demons that would hinder their escape. He wanted to go back and help them but Hela’s words echoed in his head. They were to leave that place no matter what happened. So they forged on forward as he pointed the way. They had reached the river’s edge and continued along that path towards the exit which Hela had given him. He did have a moment of doubt and wondered if this was a trap but seeing them battle to keep the demons away from them made him realize his doubt wasn’t justified.* Keep going Rintoki! We’re almost there!

*The Fiery River’s Edge of Akheron was a place with pitiful souls within it’s waters. Rintoki had to look away not to be lured in wanting to help them. He knew it was a trap because he had read about it before. He was upset that they had to leave the others behind and not fight with them but he understood why they were being sent out first. He knew they were risking staying behind for them and he was going to make sure that they got out of there. His speed increased as he growled.* I’m getting out of this hell hole but I’ll come back to kick your ass SATAN! *he yelled and could see area that Yukio was pointing at ahead of them.* Is that it?

Belphy: *Belphy was keeping his eyes out for attacks on the sides of them but they were running at such speeds that it baffled the other demons. Belphy was impressed that Lucifer’s sons did have stronger demon speed than most of the demons within the area. He held on to Ginko as he speed up behind them just to keep up.*

*Night longed to see his mother, he hoped she was alright. He speed faster than the demons within the area and was keeping pace with his brother Rintoki. He noticed when Yukio’s facial expression changed to one of hope. This let him know they were close to getting out of there. Then they stopped. There was nothing around them. The place looked like a dark void. Is this it? *he felt bad leaving the others behind but they had expressly told them not to look back and to keep running.*

*He hopped off Rintoki’s back and looked at his palm, it was glowing. He was a little worried about the surroundings. It was as if they were in the middle of nowhere. Nothing around them, not a sound except for them breathing. He put his palm against what he could see as a door and it began to light up from the bottom to the top. But what actually happened was that the light engulfed them all and seemed to move them through a tunnel. All of them then disappeared from The Road to Gehenna’s Gates and were transported to the spirit world.*

From the cruel river to the merciless regions of Gehenna.

Hellgirl and Charon the boatman didn’t speak as they river took a path into a fiery pit at some point Charon stopped and pointed towards a gate opening for Diavolo, Gehenna was waiting.

Diavolo would step off the boat, onto the path and look back, but they were gone. He sighed wishing for a little more information about what he was supposed to do. He tucked the rose into his hair and walked along a patch with scorching stones, it was painful and made him walk faster towards the gate but that didn’t bring relief, it was even hotter past the gates, a demon scowled at him.

The Scowling Demon: “What are you waiting for slow-poke? An invitation! Move it!”

Diavolo moved along, there was a line of damned souls that suddenly fell to their knees. He looked and saw a familar face, one he had seen but not in this nature. He saw Gintoki but larger than life, and his expression wasn’t what he expected, here he was Lucifer, he was frightening and Diavolo almost ran back but the gates closed shut. He would also kneel, he would look up to see Lucifer, and next to two more familiar faces Belial and Satan. It seemed they were having an argument in a language of primodial demons unfamiliar to his ears but also painful to hear.

Another demon guard type came and pushed all the new damned souls in annoyed by their appearance. He made them move along where they would their punishment would be decided by one of the three god demons that were arguing at the time of his arrival.

Diavolo quickly moved to see there was a whole different and frightening world here and would have to quickly make himself familiar with his situation. As he moved about another familiar face was grinning at him, it was Sirene, and she grabbed him in his claws and flew off with him where they could talk about what was happening in Gehenna. @sirene
