    A class to master the art of mayonnaise.

    Instructor Mayonnaise Sensei (Toshi)

    Toshi has decided to elevate his personal obsession to an official educational discipline. He has invested an alarming amount of the Shinsengumi budget into setting up the “Institute of Condiment Proficiency,” known colloquially as the “Master Mayonnaise Class.”

    Room: The Cooking/Culinary Classroom.

    The class has a large banner reading “MAYONNAISE: THE TRUE PATH” hangs crookedly over a whiteboard covered in complex, mayo-related equations. Time: Early evening.

    Atmosphere: Heavy; the air smells overwhelmingly of vinegar, egg yolk, and plastic packaging.
