Yoga is about is about calming your body, soul and mind. Making harmony. You should be able to release expectations, feel gratitude and peace. You should also find comfort in stillness. And don’t worry if you mess up the pose. The idea is that you find a pose comfortable to you. Sometimes there are different styles of one pose so that you can follow along hai!

She would start with a steady meditation before she would step out of the water fall and do several yoga movements. She heard some movement as she opened her eyes and saw several cute bunny ears heading her way. She stepped away from the water fall and towards them.* Hello ladies!
