Because of this, all the shinigami were called to duty to restrain the souls of the undead from mistakenly returning to their bodies. All the shinigami were working double time to keep all the souls from returning to rotting bodies which would create chaos in the spirit world.*

*Tetsu-Shiro wanted to fight along side the shinsengumi but his duties as a shinigami were keeping him from doing so. Restraining souls took a great amount of energy since keeping them from flowing in the wrong direction as like making a river flow the opposite way. So, his tactic was to freeze the river. The souls he would encounter trying to enter the undead were simply frozen by until he got heard from Hadesu if it was safe to release them to their regular flow.* This is a pain! Tch.

*Momo came closer to Tetsu-Shiro.* It seems we can soon finish our duties. I have noticed many of the bodies have been sent back to the earth and many have fallen. Therefore, Lord Dio’s manipulation of them is over. He was taken into custody at S-Clan after he was found outside the highway where one of the Roads To Gehenna’s Gates likes to take its victims. She then summoned Daniel to her side.* Let us wrap this up and head back to the human world. I would like to understand why my daddy Gin has not yet emerged from there as well.
