Oi! Happy Father’s Day minna!
*Gintoki hugs his wife as he sits at a table which slowly started getting filled with jumbo parfaits, gifts and other sweets. His eyes widened and he licked his lips* Oi!! All this is for me? *he would chuckle.*
I really do appreciate it all!
Happy Father’s Day to all of the (rl & rp) dads here!
I especially want to wish a special father’s day to father-in-law Yusaku who is no longer with us. Father-in-law Ranma and my own old man, Inu dad! You are the pillars of this family! Arigato!
*Gin was a fast eater and he was stuffing himself with sweets and still had space for more. He also had some of the frozen treats that Noloty made and some of the shakes that his children made for him.*
*he stops eating and stands up to speak.* Oi oi! Arigato to all my kids, their kids and the rest of my descendants biological and adopted! Arigato for being a strong family and I am feeling appreciated! Arigato to friends who have attended and offered me gifts as well! *he bows* These events are a great father’s day gift to me and all those who are dads here! Arigato!

*As family members would come up to him he began to give out fatherly hugs and he would smile. It was his dream to have a great big family and he finally had that. Now his dream was to keep them all safe.*
Arigato to my sons-in-law and daughters-in-law and my nieces and nephews too! *he would laugh as his table was filled with the parfaits he loves.*
Oi KanaRini! what was with that speech!! I don’t dig my nose? *he was digging his nose at that precise moment.*

Oi oi! Why is everyone winking? You got dust in your eyes. *He walks over to Yuno and Noelle.* Can you two walk or do you need me to give you a piggy back ride? *he smiles*

*Gin would smile at Yuno and Noelle.* Arigato, had it not been for you we would not been able to get through that gate. *he looks at Helena and then at Sesshomaru.* We’ll have to talk more about this incident but not now.* Oi! Rika, Shuhei, let’s grab Hikari and go home. You too Noelle and Yuno. Let’s get out of here.

*Gintoki smiles at his wife.* Oi! You didn’t make any trouble, just a little dust storm and some lightning but nothing to worry about. *He looked at her and took her hand.* Come out of there with me. I really could use one of your parfaits. *he heard his uncle Sesshomaru and realized he had to get Helena to step outside the door.*

*Gin got up and was ready for Shuhei to give him a boost. He felt the push of the vampyre demon propel him through the air and past Sesshomaru. He was able to find his way in and there Helena was walking towards the door. He ran over to her and put his arms tightly around her and once more he felt a shock of pain that he had never experienced but he wouldn’t let her go. He would hold her.* Helena, he said calmly as he could, it’s me! Oi! Please! Stop now!

*Gin heard Yuno and shouted* Oi! Don’t give up on me kid! *He got up again* It’s not your fault for opening the doorway. It’s mine for insisting. *he pushed himself of the ground. He was able to grab Sesshomaru’s arm and pull him out of the doorway where Helena was not completely visible but she hadn’t passed the threshold yet. He pulled grabbed Lord Sesshomaru who as in pain and then he realized why. The same lighting that passed through is uncle daiyokai body was now making it’s way painfully up his leg. Gin let out a yell from the pain he was feeling but then he stopped, blood coming out of his mouth he grinned and tightened his fist.* Helena honey, don’t play hard to get! *he turned towards her and was trying to grab her but couldn’t the sandstorm winds were too strong.*

*Gintoki rose to his feet again and looked at his uncle Sesshomaru in pain.* No! I can’t leave! I can’t leave either of you! Oi! HELENA! *he shouted louder and then stopped when he noticed the strange trance she was in. Had he interrupted something she was doing? Something he didn’t understand? And yet his feet and body forced themselves towards her and his uncle* Helena! *he reached his hand out to her as his own body felt heavy from the windy sandstorms.*

*Gin saw his wife for a moment and in a low voice that struggled against the strong grip on his throat he finally said her name.* Helena! Oi! Helena!

*Gintoki was stunned by his uncle Sesshomaru’s show of force and he was surprised when he noticed Sesshomaru’s attack which he thought for a moment was directed at them. But when he noticed this wasn’t the case, Gintoki leaped through the door again! He thought he managed to get through this time as he attempted to go past Sesshomaru.*

*Gintoki heard Yuno’s words and sprang forth through the doors. There was a look of determination in Gin’s eyes. His body went in like a speeding bullet as he dashed forward but he was met with an unexpected force. His eyes widened as he recognized the force before him.* Uncle Sesshomaru! Oi! Get out of my way!

*Gin understood what Shuhei meant to do. He watched for a moment as Shuhei had speed off and Hikari and Chief Rika quickly took his place protecting Yuno. He watched as Yuno began his spell once again and then he turned his look towards the doorway again. He was ready to pounce forward into the unknown to get his wife back.*

*Gintoki looked at Yuno and then back at the door. He was loosing his patience and wanted to smash through the doorway. He decided would wait only a little longer and then take his sword and open the dimensional door by force if he had to.*
