The Temple of Lucifer: It’s purpose and mission
For the majority of members of The Temple of Lucifer are dedicated to the pursuit of enlightenment, self-empowerment, and the advancement of humanity through reason, knowledge, and questioning of dogma. They focus on Lucifer as the Light-Bringer, the symbol of rebellion against tyranny and the pursuit of wisdom. They see Lord Lucifer Shiroyassha ( in his human form known as Gintoki of the GrandSugarClan) as a symbol of individual sovereignty and the potential for human evolution. The temple contains a vast library of forbidden knowledge, including ancient texts on philosophy, science, and the occult.
The temple is run by an inner circle known as the Obsidian Covenant. These are the most dedicated and knowledgeable members, responsible for guiding the temple’s activities, preserving its secrets, and initiating new members. They are not necessarily evil, but they are fiercely protective of the temple’s autonomy and its unique perspective on Luciferian philosophy. They require a series of difficult trials based on moral ambiguity, intellectual questioning, and tests of strength.
