Village of the Demon Dogs near Bone Eater’s Well is located near Kaede’s Village. It is the dwellings of humans, hanyou and various Inu relatives. Located within The Legendary Demon Dog Forest. It’s a stop for curious and visiting travelers. Some refer to it as Inu’s Village.

*Koga and Ryoga came across a bunch of bodies of dogs that had been slain. As they carefully observed these, they noticed that they were placed in some form of ritualistic manner.* Ryoga, what do you make of this? *he looks around* You think someone that’s not from the temple came here and did this?

*Ryoga was trying to contain his anger at finding these poor creatures slaughtered for ritualistic purposes.* They had no right to do this! *he then listened to Koga.* You know, I believe it was an outsider. Remember that when the monks called of us, they seemed worried and wanted us to take this artifact out of their hands. I’m guessing someone else wanted it.

*He looks at his brother for a moment and then looks around them.* Listen bro, there’s nothing we can do for those dogs now. We’ll have to bury them later. If someone wanted that artifact and wasn’t able to obtain it right away. They could still be around here somewhere. It’s our duty to find the perpetrators of these actions and stop them. I don’t know what the artifact is but now I’m even more sure, whoever wants it, shouldn’t get their hands on it.

*Ryoga and Koga set off to look around every area outside of the temple to find the one who had slaughtered the dogs in a ritualistic fashion.*

*At the Temple of Bau, Inuyassha and his brothers Ranma, Ryoga and Koga were fighting what seemed to be an endless army of zombies. Inuyassha had made his way close to the box that the monk sat on. He couldn’t tell at first if the monk was benevolent or if he had been tainted. As he got closer he was able to see the situation more clearly. The monk sitting on the treasure chest slowly began to open his eyes, the closer that Inu got to him while the group of monks surrounding the treasure chest wildly swung their naginata around wildly. Inu didn’t want to hurt these monks so he fended their weapons off with his sword and when he could, he knuckle punched the monks on the head in order to knock them out. But for some reason this method wasn’t working.* What gives?

*Ryoga had gotten hold of one of the naginata and was using it to fight. But piercing and punching was not effective against these monks. Ryoga made his way to Inu.* Listen brother. *He put his back against Inu’s* The other monks were deteriorated and looked like zombies, so we knew we what method to use to take them out. I’m afraid that the ones closest to the treasure chest are already zombies as well but the aura around them, might be preserving their bodies from rotting.

*Ranma was kicking the zombies on the neck so brutally hard that he was decapitating them simply with his deadly feet. The ones that fell to the ground would end up in Koga’s grasp. He looked over to Ryoga and Inu.* What’s the hold up? Get the box! It was then the ground beneath them began to tremble. He felt the ground start to split open beneath his feet. He jumped to a side.* WATCH OUT! *he yelled out to this brothers. And then a new worry prompted him to get them to speed up.* Helena! Is this because of Helena, it’s much too strong to be a regular earthquake!

*Koga was using a combination of his speed and deadly claws to tear off the heads of the zombies. He was merciless and fast. But when the earthquake hit, he felt himself lose some balance.* What? *he looked over to Ranma and Ranma’s look answered what Koga thought might be happening at the moment.* Damn it! We have to get back! Inu! Ryoga!! No time to waste! Get the box! Let’s go!

*It was important to return the relic within the treasure chest, or the box, as his brothers were calling it, to the gods that were waiting for it. He could sense the unease of his brother Ranma and he understood why he was so concerned. He started to realize that the ground beneath them was splitting in two. The zombies were falling through and the monks he had gotten close to were already dead. When they opened their eyes, it was clear. Ryoga had been right in his observation. Inu used his sword to cut off the heads of the remaining monks.* Rest in peace! Arigato for guarding this with your life. *he said before grabbing it and he began to run toward Ranma but tripped as the ground became completely unstable.* This is bad!

*Ryoga caught Inuyassha before he fell into the opening hole in the ground. He was struggling to keep himself from falling.* I got you brother, hold on tight to that box. We’re gonna make a run for it! *Ryoga looked in the direction that his brothers Ranma and Koga were waiting for them and he jumped with Inuyassha over one of the openings in the ground and landed on the other side and began to run with the brothers. All around the temple of bau, the ground fell through. Strangely the temple remained in tact but the zombie monks and all the dead bodies around it fell straight into the sink holes.* Damn! *he then turned his attention forward as they needed to be careful as they made their way to the temple of the gods from here.*

I know there’s three of you and a box, and you motherfuckers aren’t lightweight but hold on to my neck as tight as you can. We’re gonna speed past this area. I’m not leaving any of you behind. I know we are supposed to head to the temple but first we’re making a stop at the kingdom. We need to check on Helena and our clan. We need to make sure they’re okay. Are you with me? *Koga prepared himself to speed away using the whirlwind power of his legs.*

*Ranma and Ryoga held on to Inu on each side, as Inu held on tight to the box. Ranma held on to Koga.* Arigato brother! I need to see my daughter Helena. Something isn’t right! We need to get back home quickly! Let’s do this!

*Ryoga followed his brother Ranma’s instructions and grabbed on tightly to both is brothers. He looked over to Ranma. I might be sick after this ride. Normally Koga bro only carries me and I feel sick afterwards. *He tried to lighten the mood a bit knowing how worried Ranma was. He was worried also but tried to keep that to himself.* Koga, we’re ready! Inu! Don’t drop that box. Damn it! We don’t even know what’s in it!

*Inu growled holding on to the box.* Just make sure you don’t drop me you idiots!! Koga! GO!
