Azukre Sarastus District is a place of high supernatural phenomenon close to True Crossover Academy of the Blue Flames. Many refuse to live there due to the high incidents of occult activities. The darkest parts of the cities which seem abandoned houses as strange community of occult practitioners, dark mages and strange magical creatures. The remaining inhabitants face the inconvenient issues of gang warfare and strange secret societies. Because of a spell cast over it by Mr. Crowley, the city seems to be in eternal darkness.

*The city-state formerly known as Academy City had gained a bad reputation as a dark occult city and it was slowly abandoned. In order to fulfill his goals, Mr. Crowley devised a plan to move the city to an area more appealing to students who would become the targets of his experiments. This smaller area became known as Azukre Sarastus District. The area was close to True Crossover Academy of the Blue Flame and was always under the watchful eyes of the Palladin of that school. Therefore, he renamed the area and allowed a number of occultists to enter the area and use it for other sinister purposes.*
