Bio: Abandoned at the age of 9 Wisp has been surviving by stealing from the more fortunate. He’s learned to blend in with the shadows, not realizing his unnatural skill at being a thief wasn’t just a skill but a gift. He is able to sneak into any building and get by any body without being seen or even anyone noticing a difference.  He wears a longsleeve black shirt and black cargo pants.  He has black messy hair, green eyes, and is slender built.  He carries a sniper rifle he built over the by stealing parts off of dead people.
