He has now sworn vengeance against all evildoers, and created The Outsiders so that anyone else who felt the same way could join him and do so.

Bio: When Sky was younger she would get bullied a lot because she keep quiet and never did anything but stay away. Whenever she got home she would go in the backyard and practice her powers. She had to practice by herself because her parents were never around. They had died in a car crash. So she was left with just her grandma. Once she got a bit older she made a dumb choice. The choice was to show her best and only friend her powers. Her friend freaked out. She didn’t want her friend to tell anyone so she lied and told her friend it was all a prank. And from then on, she never revealed her powers to anyone besides herself

He is able to sneak into any building and get by any body without being seen or even anyone noticing a difference.  He wears a longsleeve black shirt and black cargo pants.  He has black messy hair, green eyes, and is slender built.  He carries a sniper rifle he built over the by stealing parts off of dead people.

Bio: Cloud is Sky’s older long lost brother. When he was born their parents weren’t ready for a child and they gave him up. He was adopted by an older couple who couldn’t have children. He knew about Sky because his adoptive parents contacted his grandparents. Cloud is the only person who knows that he is Sky’s brother. He’s seen Sky from a far a few times but has never met her face to face.

Bio: Dakota learned he had these powers at the age of 13 and practiced using them in his room for months just getting the hang of it. Until a fire started at his house and he escaped searching for his parents and brother that had disappeared after the event and has lost memory of what they look like and who they are. He was taken into a foster home until the age of 15 and he ran away over the next 2 years he has trained himself to survive and how to use his powers better. Three months after he turned 17 he was put back into a foster home and adopted five weeks later, now searching for a way to find the person responsible for what happened to his family and looking for more people like him.

He loves to pull pranks on people and just mess with them whenever he can. When he was 15 he was almost mugged by someone and activated his powers and killed the man, then after he got over the fact he killed a man he went to train his fire powers so that way he can protect people. he is trying to search for his little brother who he knows survived the house fire.

Abilities: Has the ability to summon a set of knight  armour and a sword and shield and has lightning fast reflexes. The shield has a crest of a cross and two swords behind it. He also has angel like wings that he tries to keep concealed.

Appearance: 5’2″ and has shoulder length ginger coloured hair. Has deep blue eyes. Wears a grey trench coat and a white hoodie under that which he normally has the hood over his head. He also wears dark grey pants and black leather converse. Always wears his necklace with the face of an owl on it.

Bio: Lived a normal life up until he sprouted wings and was able to summon small weapons like daggers or knives when he turned 10. His parents were horrified at the fact that he has powers and sent him to be poked and prodded for testing. He somehow managed to escape and has lived under the governments radar since then.
