*Ranma was talking a walk in the woods when he noticed Kasumi and Inu enjoying some time on their own. He kept walking so he wouldn’t disturb them but he could tell by how his brother Inu moved his ears that his presence was noted. He continues deeper into the forest to gather some wood from an area that had a strange tree that only grew within that forest. He would chop down some of the unhealthy or older trees that were about to tilt over. Chop up the wood, then put it in a cart he brought along with him.* As usual! I’m stuck doing all the work! Pfft! *he knew the wood was important because it was burned for certain ceremonial rituals done at a few of the demon dog shrines in the area and for the temple back at Satou Arcanum. He picked them up and placed them carefully in the cart. Then stopped to take in the smell of the woods before heading down the mountains again with his load of wood. As he was heading down he caught glimpse of a cottage.* Hmm, that wasn’t there before. Guess I’ll ask brother Inu about it later.

*Ranma looked at the blue skies that had become brighter and more beautiful with the summer weather. He was glad that the fight to protect the port was over and everyone could look forward to doing business at pendulum port and taking some much needed cruises around the area.* Akana is going to love this! *he chuckles* He then sees Scavar’s yacht.* WHOA He even has his own personal boat! haha, that Scavar!

*Ranma stops into the blacksmith shop with Koga, Ranma was happy because Akane finally arrived in the new world. He went to his sis Red to order her a sword as a present.* Sis Red! Hi! How are you? Great to see you are here! I really need a big favor! *he puts his hands together to show he’s pleading.* I want a beautiful fiery sword for a woman with a fiery disposition! *he laughs* I want to give my wife Akane a cool flaming type sword. I think it will come in handy in some of our explorations. *he looks around* Whoa, you really cleaned up around here. I’m guessing you got some help.

*arriving at Pendulum Port he sees his sons and other family members were there getting everyone to safety and defending the port. He saw the large menacing pirate ships.* I have never seen anything like those before. *He heard that Scavar was already preparing his defense. He called in to his vessel.* Be careful Scavar, grandson, those pirates are definitely outerworldly. They seem hostile and those ships are rather strange. Make sure you aren’t detected!

*Once Ranma and Shuhei finished dinner. Ranma neatly put everything in bento boxes on the kitchen table. This would allow them to decide if they wanted to eat it in front of the tv in the living room, in their own room, or anywhere else they wanted to, even the family dining room. He put names on them because he knew the family had a tendency to fight over food.* Hope they enjoy the meal! *smiles and heads to the back porch to sit and eat.*

*Ranma heads into the kitchen. Rolls up his sleeves, starts looking for all the ingredients for the special Chinese style rice he’ll make along with pepper steak.* I guess something fun will be great. *he would smile thinking of his long gone wife Akane and how he tried to teach her how to cook to no avail.* Geez! That woman! I miss her though. *he prepared everything and then started too cook for the family. Especially since so many had arrived.* Shuhei get over here and give me a hand. Stop hogging up all the ketchup!!

*After dealing with zombies and stopping at sis Red’s blacksmith shop. He went to his dojo to make sure things were running smoothly. The invasion had forced most students to remain away from the dojo. As he checked the place he didn’t find any bodies, ashes or anything of the sort. So he simply swept for a while. Cleaned up and then headed to the meditation room. He needed time to strengthen his chi before heading out to S-Clan for information. He was sure there would be an overwhelming amount of news to take in. And he wanted to make sure his mind was clear before taking any action on the things he might read. He sat with his legs crossed and then closed his eyes as he settled his hands upon his knees.*

*Sighs* I hope they are all alright! I have a bad feeling. But let’s get inside and ask if anyone has heard any news. Otherwise, we should go investigate that battle site. Let me go get Ryoga. *heads off to make sure Ryoga doesn’t get lost.*

*notices the insects burning up and other flying away back to hell.* Looks like we’re all clear there. But Let’s get out of here! Looks like we are almost done with the zombies. *points* Look at that small group up ahead.

*He heard what his sis Red said about being in human form.* No worries! Stay behind brother Inu! *Ranma found a branch on the floor which he used to fight off the undead as he knock them over and let Inu and Red cut through their brains.* Look, the numbers are falling. Something must be happening and they sky is starting to clear. Let’s hurry and get rid of the rest of these so we can get back home and see what’s happening.

*Ranma listened to Ryoga* You’re right brother! It doesn’t seem like the Naraku we know of. *Using what they had just learned Ranma smashed his fist through the skulls of the undead. As they started to bring the number of creatures down.*

*Ranma stopped when he noticed Naraku. But Naraku looked like a rotting corpse.* What’s going on? *he could sense something was happening with his daughter and wanted to get to her but right now, the elders had a problem. Naraku had shown up with undead malevolent demons that would prove to get a challenge to get past. He growls a bit.* Damn it! *he rolled up his sleeves.* I’ll make you pay for getting in my way!
