This started as a group for fugitives, outcasts and escapees from Facebook. (The group is named after the movie Escape from NY). It’s now a possible starting point for those who wish to explain their arrival in Skyrie through RP. It was renamed to include those that come from other social networks besides facebook.
This group is strictly for rp. Please read the topics and feel free to contribute or start your own journey topic either in the topic area or just posting directly into the group without using the forum.
You are welcomed to come back and fight the malicious monsters that don’t allow the refugees through the borderlands, you can rescue them or you can bring food to the temporary shelter to help those waiting to be rescued.

FYI: We call this place the borderlands and in here we call facebook (old world) and Skyrie (the new world).

I’ve only been here a few days resting up. I must have ended up far away because it took me a while to get here. I was saved twice on my way here by some beautiful orange-haired warrior woman. I mean, she was amazing!

Really! A warrior woman with orange hair? She must be an amazing site. At this let’s us know there are warrior types looking out for those crossing through this terrain. Is there somewhere everyone goes from here?

According to the book! *he licks his index finger and flips a few pages.* We just need to look at the map and follow the direction that lead to some kind of tower. It leads to the “paradise” section of this place we’ve arrived in. So, what we need is the map.

*He held his hands behind his back as he looked at a wall where the map was displayed before him.* It’s actually right here. We aren’t far from the path that leads to the tower. Let’s prepare ourselves to make our way there. Let’s drink some water and eat something and be on our way.

*Surprised at the site of Tetsuya and Urakaze he scrambled to his feet holding a wapon in front of himself and standing in front of his friends protectively. He then realized they were there to help, he slowly lowered his weapon.* Can you help us?

Of course we came to help! *She points at them and then points outside.* Grab whatever you have and follow me. Let my husband Tetsu take care of your sick friend. Don’t fall behind! *She leads them through a forest path that will take them out of the borderlands while she holds her weapon up to keep them from being attacked by any straying or hidden threats.*
