{Background} Wen Hua’Ling and her brother Wen Yuan are the last remaining blood descendants of the now-extinct Qishan Wen Sect. As a child, she and the rest of the Wen Sect remnants were sheltered by Wei Wuxian at the Burial Mounds, until the First Siege resulted in her family’s massacre and Wei Wuxian’s death. Hua’Ling was kidnapped by bandits of lower ranking cultivation. They raised her and renamed her Xiwei and taught her to fight. She managed to escape them in a clan fight and when all had died she alone remained. She was found injured and near death by Lan Wangji who had taken her back to Gusu with him. 

Currently Ongoing: She has regained her memory of her biological parents and even though she is content with her father’s who adopted her she wants to know her origin so she agreed to meet her father and allow him to be a part of her life.
