Basics: In the old world she came from, she spent her childhood homeless and in poverty. She learned to be a thief.
She seems to be quite adept with her weapons, demonstrating skilled swordsmanship and marksmanship, demonstrating the ability to ensnare opponents in her chains and reel them in, even from a great distance.
Azucar has an ability that in her old world was referred to as a semblance. Her semblance allows her to use individual mental hallucinations against her opponent or for her own amusement.
She unexpectedly appeared in Skyrieverse. She wondered if she would be the same girl she was like in the old world or if she would start fresh and make a new life for herself. She wasn’t sure the circumstances that got her to this new world but she would explore and find out.
