“Well then. Is there anything else we should know. Anything, at all? One would imagine you die when you’re killed.”

She walked around the group, “In fact, you’ve yet to give much evidence that we’re in a different world altogether.”

As they walked, Callie placed her hand on Zach’s shoulder, closer to the neck, “You. You’re clearly the clearest thinker. Will you provide us?”

She turned around as if she would otherwise walk out. He was the epitome of everything she both hated and casually knew herself to be, the facilitator.

Callie awoke to a humid smell. She looked and saw a vast openness, and immediately felt very tiny. Her hand twitched when she heard commotion and followed it. She was not cold or hungry, but she stayed quiet in the group, vaguely jealous of the ones who did not seemed as alarmed.

    Name: Callaxasor (Callie)

    Age: 16

Skills: fond of reading, decorum, and chronicling, to an obsessiveness.

Personality: Often quiet, it is quite clear whenever she wants something. Her voice is emotional and she doesn’t like to hold back the fact that all she’d want is a good story.

Magic: Restorative magic that can warm hearts (or superheat them) or cure fatigue.

    Aena:

As she approached Mark, she said, “Hello, Mister, Mr. Mark? Is that you? My name Aena and I am one of the teachers here. I would love to talk to you, but I have something important to do.”

Aena picked up speed and ran all the way back to the school haphazardly, She had come so far from banging her toe on everything over the decades. She had forgotten that she was no longer younger than everyone else, but at heart nothing had changed, except for some, forgettable things.

She walked through the front door and saw the amazing Master Godal.

    Bismarck:

Mark walked past and noticed immediately that she wasn’t a human. The eyes were giveaways. He could make automatons too, but not like that. Instead, the only people left in front of him were Takra and Ren.

    Aena:

Aena could tell that the image of Miwa became a clone. “Hey, Ms. Miwa, where are you going?” You haven’t told me where Mr. Mark is. I still need to access all of the school’s camera.”

“Oh. Maybe someone important is here, isn’t that right, Mr. Takra?”

Deep inside, Aena wished that she could have all of those gifts of perception. For years she sought a way to feel things. It didn’t bother her not being a human, because if she was one, then she wouldn’t be as good as a teacher, she thought.

    Bismarck:

Mark was now out of the deep forest, and with a rare smile, he looked skyward. The regal sun reflected in him the truly lordly qualities he did indeed have. It was a shame that he would never be a leader. Personally, he didn’t like being in the spotlight, even if he was competent enough to be a heir. The dark underworld was comfortable, and even there no one knew his name, yet.

He finally saw a unicorn, but with all the foliage it was just a white blur. It was time for him to leave, since his dark powers always sapped the ground of its fertility. He was pretty sure he wasn’t a pure maiden.

At once he shuddered. There was a new entity that strong. Perhaps stronger than any mage or druid down there. It was easy for him to distinguish small differences in power, so he had no clue. Surely investigating would a be a good idea.

The first people he saw while outside where Miwa’s clone, Takra, and a baffled Aena.

    Mark:

Mark finally makes his way past the center of the forest and through towards the beach. He sees Takra alone from a distance, unsure what to make of him. He goes forward and sees that that many of the people ahead, including the one he passed are extremely powerful.

In the end of his stroll, he doesn’t see any magical beasts but meets rest of the group, silently approaching them.

    Aena:

Aena smiles, mentally noting that even true adults can keep their fun characteristics. She turns to Miwa, “Hmm, is there a student nearby, I even heard one some time ago.  I might warn you he’s no longer with the group, but I saw another raw heat signature.”

She sees Mark and believes everyone else has too, turning towards him even though he is not in conversation range.

    Mark:

Bismarck made his way into the forest, wondering at its secrets and beauties. Among all magic scholars, there was an appreciation for nature and its design, of structure and function. Quite unfairly, Mark’s magic was used to distort it, like cases of necromancy, or his distortion spells. He made it and saw the rest of the group.

    Mark:

Bismarck saw that this was no ordinary school whatsoever, and it retrospect that should have been obvious since so many magical creatures were nearby. There would be much waste if he didn’t see the other students, because there is always something to learn in a large concentration of absurdity.

“Yes, I would like very much to see the others. I think I will be fine finding them myself.”

    Aena:

“You, are you a student here? Pray forgive me, I have absolutely no clue,” She said to the rather noisy teenager.

    Mark:

“You are the principal here,” He repeated, noting down her face and appearance, which was clearly not matching here powerful presence. “My name is Bismarck and I would like to enroll at this school, no? I seek knowledge, and I hope to find something here that can’t be found elsewise.”

    Bismarck:

The young mage, Bismarck, walked through the front door and felt the cold air around him. He knew this was a school, and one he only had a slight preference to. He had no intention of stating here for a full course, and would leave once he had decided that he had a good portion of the knowledge to be gained. He went through and recalled all the things he had learned in this method: of the Demon King, how to boost magical might, and most importantly, the Fall of Rome was an inside job.

Aena had a hard time on the uneven ground, but was able to move at a normal speed. Back then, when she had managed to rend an entire leg unusable, she was completely unable to process 3-d structures. In her reminisce, she tripped over a root, and became surprised, “Ms. Miwa, are those real unicorns, and do they have the same properties as in mythology.”

She had heard Q’s and Ren’s conversation, but she decided to talk about something else because she didn’t know how to respond. It would be kind to inquire about Mrs. Q., but maybe it would be too heavy of a subject. She was sure she was as lovely as she was described.

Aena walked up to beside Miwa, “Ms. Miwa, If today is opening day, and the entirety of the staff is out here, then what happens if a student walks in. I can’t even check surveillance video yet.”

Aena felt happy seeing such a beautiful beach. It was easily within her top three favorite beaches, probably even number one. She however, did not choose to hurt Mr. Ren again, instead tried with her clumsy arms to escape his grasp, and did so without any pain, that is, pain to Ren.

“It’s a shame, that salty air only does bad for me, but I wonder what it’s like to take a breath of it,” she said with a curious smile.
