“Alright, bones?” I pick Fallen up and lay her on the couch since she started falling asleep and is now in a deep sleep. I cover her with a blanket. Then I head back into the kitchen.

“Alright…” I let go of Fallen and walk over to the kitchen. “What do you guys want for dinner?”

“Er..” I look at Nova. “Details?”

“Oh.” I look at Bones. “You alright?”

“Well Fallen was still asleep so I thought he was following me to get to the HQ. He tracked me here and broke in so I thought he was a threat to Fallen.” I shrug. “Just protecting my friends and loved ones.” I look at mine and Fallen’s hands then back to Nova. “Is Bones back?”

“Well meet Thomas the guy I almost killed.” I look at the guy then back to Nova. “I see you have a pet.” I see the bird.

“Hey!” I turn my head to look at Nova. I smile. “What’s up?”

“Hey!” I turn my head to look at Nova. “I hear you are the maid of honor now.” I smile. “I know you will take care of my girl.” I look at Fallen the back to Nova. Then realization hits me. “Oh crap. I gotta tell Nero…”

I walk to the gun range and pick up a BR58 (I don’t remember the number) I reload the mag and aim three shots. All direct hits at the center. I press a button that makes the targets move around behind cover. I turn it to the fastest speed. I take aim and start the time.

“Oh hey.” I smile when I see Fallen. “What’s up?”

I groan walking out of my room and I wonder the school.

“Alright sounds nice, I’ve seen some tux’s online too.” I smile and I squeeze her hand for a second.

I put the bird on the ground. “Have fun bones.” I walk inside and over to the training room. “Hey what’s going on?” I put my left arm around Fallen.

“Take your time. You need to heal more.” I get up and I wrap my arm around her to keep pressure off her wounded leg.

I lower my finger the bird is on. I stroke it’s back of the head softly with two fingers. “What do you mean by weird?”
