Arthur smiled, a little baffled. Was technology that strong? Surely his magic is the best around. “Well then~” he looked to the ceiling for something to say. “What are you here for? And what might your name be..?” Of course Arthur, names come first.

Arthur looked at him in surprise. He thought Alfred was the only programming genius. “Is that so? Impressive!” He remarked, then asked curiously, “Is there any magic involved?”

“Really? Kiku used to talk about them a lot. I’m not too familiar with them, but I remember names like Lily, Miku, and of course you, Kaito,” Arthur smiled. “But I thought.. How are you er.. how do I put this.. ‘out’ of the computer? Did Kiku invent another sort of advanced technology or what?” He wasn’t too surprised Kaito was standing right there, since he himself could perform magic like that, but he was still surprised Kiku, er Japan, could make such thing happen. Or was it Japan..? He wasn’t too sure.

“Arthur,” he replied and shook the other’s hand. Then he remembered something. “Aren’t you from that.. what’s it called.. ‘Vocaloid’ program?” He remembered Kiku telling him about that before. And the name “Kaito” ringed a bell.

“I agree. I also prefer my homeland. I only came to discuss matters with a coworker,” Arthur said. He looked around once more before asking, “Say, I almost forgot. What’s your name..?”

“Really? Service in America isn’t that good, eh? The system here is just total crap compared to Great Britain.” Arthur enjoyed comparing his sophisticated and great country with Alfred’s chaotic country. He glanced at Freddie. “Are you okay, sir?”

Arthur laughed softly. “That so? I honestly don’t know how I ended up here…” He thought for a second. He is in America, <i>Seattle</i>Â to be exact, as stated by the now-not-staring individual. Probably was going to ask Alfred for a favor. He replied to the blue haired gentleman,”I think I was looking for someone, but nevermind that for now. What about you?

Arthur smiled. This guy seems like the only other sane person here at the moment, personality-wise. “They are. What exactly is going on, assuming you’ve been here long enough?” He asked, just noticing the guy staring at the blue-haired individual. He raised an eyebrow, but didn’t question it.

Arthur sighed and apologized, “Sorry about that, mate. It’s alright. I guess I’ll buy a new pack then…” He looked curiously at the blue-haired fella. “Say, where are you from? You don’t look… nevermind.” He then surveyed the rest of the room. A girl throwing chicken bones, a girl getting thrown chicken bones at, another guy, and a few others. “A lively bunch you’ve got here,” he remarked, slightly amused. He readjusted the guitar he was carrying.

Arthur randomly burst into the room. “Hey, have you seen my guitar pick anywhere-?” He asked in a panic. He had lost his pick (again) and the whole pack of replacements. Geez, when will he stop losing his stuff? He’s already lost his mind.

Personality: He claims to be a gentleman, though he is prone to rough speech. He can be friendly and nice around people he feels comfortable around or young or cute people. He can talk to his imaginary friends nobody else can see and can perform magic. His interests include embroidery, craftsmanship, literature, and rock music. He seems to be very stubborn and strong-willed, and does not easily succumb to stress or pressure. He is pretty distant and prefers to work alone. (Give cred. to Wiki~)
Backstory: Arthur took care of Alfred and Matthew with Francis mostly. He has a record for blowing up kitchens, so make sure he doesn’t touch it. He lived a normal life discussing plans with his team, the Allies. He likes to practice his guitar in his spare time or sometimes just hang around with friends. He stays from any swimming pool or body of water, I wonder why.
Favorite on the cast: Never watched the show.
