  Cinco de Mayo Fiesta at WildSide RetroSugar Diner!

  WildSide RetroSugar Diner, a vibrant, 50s-style diner decorated for Cinco de Mayo. Paper lanterns, colorful streamers, and a festive banner proclaiming “¡Feliz Cinco de Mayo!” adorn the walls. The aroma of grilling burgers and sizzling taco meat fills the air, mingling with the sweet scent of orange soda. A long table is set up with all the fixings:

  • Ground beef and marinated shredded chicken for the taco/burger fillings.
  • Heaps of shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, onions, peppers, corn, black beans, shredded cheese, guacamole, sour cream, and pico de gallo.
  • An array of sauces: mild salsa, hot salsa, creamy chipotle sauce, tangy lime crema, and good old-fashioned ketchup and mustard.
  • A cooler filled with ice-cold orange soda, apple juice, grape juice, cranberry juice, and lemonade.
