The Electric City
An old tale suggests that there was a city that had extraordinary people. These people lived with powers, not like the ability to fly or be invisible or anything like that. They had the ability to bend electricity to their will. Some people lived peacefully, others got in trouble with their ability. They could not control their powers, and as a cause of this, they destroyed everything in their path. They were put in a special building. This building helped them control their powers. After they were able to do that, they were put on the police force to help keep peace in this wonderfully built city.
There was one thing though, some children were born without powers. They were brought up by their parents just like other children. These kids were called The Unknown. But, one day a mysterious man appeared suddenly. He called himself Finn. He had an aura that was pretty much screaming that he was much more powerful than he looked. Much, much, more powerful than he looked.
(This is an adventure RP, where you can either be someone with powers or one without. Either way, we have to work together to survive. No god-moding, or else this RP won’t be all that fun)

Gender: Male
Personality: Jason is very quiet and normally kind. He has a short fuse however, and a rather ruthless nature. He is a bit conniving. He is not evil. Simply miss-guided.
Appearance: 5: 10. Rather skinny. Race: Caucasian.
Ability: Projects and absorbs electricity. Powerful enough bursts can destroy rubber and other insulators. Needs to draw power from something. Be it from food. From draining. from local sources other otherwise. He is otherwise like any other person. The range of his electricity is short. As to ionize the air for further distance takes more energy. Projecting electricity has many applications… -

Personality: head in the clouds usually, intelligent but very easily distracted will often get lost in thought had a darker side to him though, that’s more violent and serious this side of him is rare even in combat
Appearance: a boy with white hair that turns a dark gray when on his darker side and violet eyes wears a white hoodie with a furry hood and cat ears on the hood

Personality : Lazy, reads a lot. Interested in history, very argumentative and when to curious/interested eyes go electric blue.
5,8 lean, almost but not quite muscular. Wavy kind of spiked hair, soft. Tip with Electric blue.
Bending: Knowledge, absorbs data from Electric devices, and rest according to how much is absorbed. ( about 13 min for mega byte) and can fill the mind of people with this knowledge though cell phone call or contact with eyes if its another bender, touch if not. Though this type of transfer is limited to kilobytes at a time. -

Gender: Male
Personality: He is quick, analytical, and has a clever mind. He is creative, original, and independent. Patience is not his forte. He does, however, have leadership ability and would never be happy in a subservient position. He is ambitious and aggressive by nature. But, he has a tendency to worry about things.
Appearance: Short, blonde hair, with sharp green eyes. A piece of his hair, on his right side, is dyed a light blue. He wears a plain light green t-shirt, with black shorts. Blue sneakers is what he usually wears for shoes. He has a few hand-made bracelets on his wrists.
Ability: Static shock. When touching metal or water, he can deliver a shock between 1-10. 1 being a whisper of electricity, and 10 being fatal. He rarely does ten though, because it tires him out a lot. He can also shock someone when touching the person he wants to shock. -

Gender : Female
Personality : She’s a outside of the box thinker, she acts older then she is. She’s stubborn and rarely depends on people. Patience is her moral, she doesn’t believe in hate. She’s determined, kind, and delicate, and has always been that way. She worries about everything due to her paranoia, and she tends to forget things very often. She is one to forgive, but never forget, but she knows how to spread her love all around, even to those who are suppose to be ‘enemies’.
Appearance : Stands at 5’3, Long brown hair, and a pair of hazel eyes, which turn electric yellow whenever she is angry, mad, disappointed, any of the bad emotions really. She usually wears a beanie or a hat, because it makes her feel safe. She always has on a colorful tee, denim shorts, a grey cardigan that goes past her knees and white floral boots. She has on hand made braided bracelet of the colors red, white, and blue on her right wrist.
Ability : Unknown
History : Not much to say, after a coma that had effect her, or so the doctors said, her memories of age 14 and before have been erased. She doesn’t remember her family, and she doesn’t have one. She’s on her own and a only child but she’s happy with herself, but does enjoy the idea and safety of having a ‘friend’. -

Personality: Avyen doesn’t care much about the world around him he only cares about him and his friends, he is quickly to think and to judge he does so since he was a kid in order to survive.
Appearance: light brown skin, brown hair and black eyes always uses a black trousers a green half coat
Ability: he is a sneaky rouge (no lighting powers fer me)
History (Optional): He is a orphan trained in the build since the age of 6 to be a sneaky assassin -

Gender: Male
Personality: Babyish, sort of lost doesnt really pay attention to where he is going, latching on to the first thing that catches his attention.
Appearance: 4′ Dark hair, Dark purple eyes. Purple long sleeve shirt with navy overalls. Barefoot. Usually cares around a neon blue teddybear (See ability)
Ability: Is able to form electricity around him into shapes. Usually into a bear which he carries around him.
History: Just a little boy with no parents. Yah know how it goes. -
Name:Rosalind
Age:23
Gender:FemalePersonality:Rosalind is kind, caring and thoughtful. Rosalind is clever, manipulative and spiteful. She will treat you kindly and is a genuinely caring person but if she’s wronged or angered she will not forget even if she has to wait for 20 years to get her revenge. Her ‘inspiration’ gives the best example where she goes on an amazing date with a man who believes she has forgotten him, the date ends with her almost shooting him. I’d say she’s a careful opportunist; she will seize an opportunity if she has one but will make sure she does so with a variety of plans in mind.
Appearance:Rosalind is a pretty Red-head with Green-Eyes. In terms of body shape/size Rosalind is about 5ft8 and quite athletic. Her clothes are fairly practical but she still tries to be quite stylish with her choice. With that in mind she usually wears jeans, a blue and white stripy shirt, a military jacket and a pair of boots.
Ability:Rosalind does not have the ability to generate electricity or absorb it. She can manipulate it though; if someone throws electricity at her she can deflect it or even redirect it back at them. She is also aware of where Voltage is applied (it is an electrical form of pressure really sort of maybe).
Her power does not involve being in contact with electricity, it’s more a humanisation of the LHR/RHR I guess. She is still affected like a normal human being when in direct contact but usually this isn’t a problem if she is aware of where it is as this means she’ll probably redirect it.
In terms of other abilities she has being trained to fight, is incredibly fit and agile and is incredibly intelligent making her a much more serious opponent than most would expect.
History: There is nothing necessarily special about Rosalind’s past. She learned to control her power very early on and joined the Police Force of her own volition. It’s her responsibility to bring people in when they lose control.

Name: People call them Tophat (as in top-hat, not toe-fat =_=), though if there’s a real name no one on the streets seem to know.

Gender: Hard to tell
Personality: From first glance they look like a prat, maybe even snotty.
Appearance: Wow, surprise! Wears a tophat. The kid likes to run around yet it never seems to budge. A bit small yet seems to be a pretty quick runner. Usually wears comfortable, simple clothing but has some high class stuff and costumes in the van. Top-quality running kicks. Has a lacy handkerchief. Is accompanied by a rather handsome ferret named Cuckoo that seems to have learned a few tricks.
Ability: This kid deals with minor traps, bombs, and parkour. Ain’t got dat blue energy.
History (Optional): Selling wares at the speed of sound, got trades to make, gotta GARNER THAT CASH FLOW

Age: 19
Gender: MalePersonality: Slightly bipolar, he tends to be a kind and sweet to those who show him respect and are friendly, yet if someone greatly offends or hurts one of his friends or himself, he turns into an entirely different person, a change he likes to call his dark mode. In dark mode he is more blunt and ruthless. Whatever mode he is in he is a genius in terms of tactics and tends to play rpg’s when bored.
Appearance: Spiky dark blue hair, green eyes, decent build, tends to wear jeans, t-shirts with video game references on them, and a dark green sweatshirt.
Power: Zane’s power is something he likes to call synapse shock. With it he can bend the electrical currents found in a person’s body. He has to touch the person in question however this power has many applications. Zane can give himself or an ally a burst of energy, accelerate a brain’s thinking ability, or even restart someone’s heart. This power can also be used offensively by causing a person’s muscles to seize, knocking a person out, erasing a person’s memory, or even stopping a heart or frying a person’s brain. How he uses his power is based on his mood.

Gender: Female
Personality: She’s rather laid back and shy, but she’s cheerful as soon as she gets to know people. Even if she is cheerful, she’s always apologetic, even when she’s not in the wrong.
Appearance: (I’ll try and draw a pic for this e3e) She has long, black hair that falls to her waist. She most commonly wears a red scarf, and a red ribbon tied into her hair. Her eyes are brown with gold specks, and her skin is slightly pale in color. Her most consistent outfit is a long sleeved, orange shirt with a black skirt that runs down to her knees. She doesn’t wear shoes or socks, always liking to touch the ground for support, energy, and courage.
Ability: She has the ability to draw power from the earth to heal her allies, mostly using electricity to stimulate the blood flow in the veins of her friends to speed up healing, and to numb pain.

Name: Lyrika (Lie ricka)
Age: 17
Gender: Female
Personality: Easily annoyed, but does a good job at hiding it (unless you make her super annoyed).Sarcastic, and does not do a very good job, of hiding her opinions. Rather playful for a 17 year old, and although she does not seem like it, she is a very good friend. Apologies are not really her thing, but thank you’s are. Sometimes she thinks everyone is trying to accomplish the same goal as her.
Appearance: Ombre hair, that starts off black, then around her mid-back area fades into a light brown (her hair ends at her lower back) . One of her eyes is hazel, and one is a soft green. Tan skin (like a light brown), and she’s 5’6. On her right arm is a long black vine tattoo starting from her neck down to her wrist.
Ability: (using electricity found in human bodies) Can channel electricity into anything she holds under 4 meters, any more than that, has some unknown consequences.
History (Optional): Her past is a touchy topic. Let’s just say, a little shock, ruined her family life.

Male
Personality: Straightforward, Blunt, Persistent, Unexpected, has the type of humor that fakes emotions, excitable with interests, terrible liar, opportunistic, has a lot of initiative, and some crazy ideas.
Appearance: Scottish redhead, wears dark prescription “sunglasses”, freckles, likes walking around wearing weird shit to scare people, actually not scare just surprise. He works for a café and if usually seen with an apron.
Ability: Can control electronic devices without touching them.
Etc: As mentioned before, he works for a café; he loves pastries. He has a brother that moved out for some obsession of his and fends for himself most of the time. He likes helping people. He also likes pink. It’s not his favorite color; he just likes… pink. I think he might be bisexual.

Personality: Heroic, loves justice, a loud mouth, rumbles on and on, always try to see the good in people, talks in the third person, laughs a lot, not easily angered.
Appearance: A tall somewhat muscular man with black hair combed to the right side. Always wear a pair of goggles and shirt that has a big lighting bolt. Also has a long coat, jeans, and boots. Pretty much a cheap hero.
Ability: Can travel through electric currents. (phone wires, outlets, etc.)
History: Apollo never talks about his past.
