In short, there aren’t any rules in here other than this is neutral ground. You can be a super villain or heroic knight and you’ll get treated the exact same. Evesdrop on conversations, share a meal with mortal enemies, discuss an upcoming heist at the bar or pick up an assassination contract from the job board. Since the whole place is made from wood, repairs are easy so if too much drink leads to a brawl then duke it out. There’ll be new furniture to replace whatever you break. Pickpockets can roam free and for a small fee con men can set up kiosks to sell what they please. First floor is the bar and restaurant. Second floor is bar only. Third floor is rented rooms.
