//Hey everyone, Apple’s sworn archnemesis Paula here (really just an alt) and yes it has come to my attention that Skyrie is somewhat lacking an antagonistic prescence.
Sure, like Apple and I, many people and groups have their own hero-villain sets but, well, for people like Seiga and Magpie who aren’t already associated with a protagonist as such, there’s basically no examples to follow and guide them.
I’m hoping to change that. Nobody should have to feel like the morality of their character has to be restricted to just lawful good.

Still, playing villains well is just generally harder to do, and there’s a lot more potential to mess things up for everyone else, so I created this forum to give you aspiring antagonists somewhere to look for tips X)

I’m hoping some of the villains who have been here for a while are willing to lend us newbies a hand over here too owo/

Sorry for the long post. Here’s a potato 🥔

Disruption: In general, acts of evil shouldn’t interfere with the rp for anyone who doesn’t want to be involved (don’t go blowing up the planet!). If your character is particularly destructive it might be best to create a group. You’re allowed to destroy your own sandcastles owo

Recurrence: I advise trying not to make your character so hated that everyone wants them dead. That way, when your plots get foiled, at least you’ll likely be alive and able to continue roleplaying. I’d like to see the Nanba Prison group used more to lock up villainous characters, it’d be a fun crossover.

Know when to lose: Nobody likes a villain who’s just stubborn.

Barriers: I’ll need to ask the GrandSugarClan for clarity on this one but a lot of places have protective barriers (mostly to weed out bad rp I’d have assumed) so make sure you as a villain respect them. Similarly, roleplay groups have their own sets of rules so make sure you’re familiar with and respect those. Having an evil character doesn’t make you exempt!

  • // I’m sure I answered this before but just to be clear. The GrandSugarClan isn’t interested in villains or antagonists other than those already within the clan who know their role. You may not have seen them because they only add GSC members. I don’t believe they will post here. And the barriers are not meant to be messed with. Not sure how much clearer I can make it. I think the only exception is if someone asks to rp with you individually.
