Okay, there are a couple of things I need to clarify.

Body/Form (Reapers have three basic forms)

–Reaper form- this form in the one most if not all reapers take. It’s how you look now, it of course varies, like all looks. In this form you cannot be seen by humans/weaker-normal spirits. In this form you are most powerful, able to access all your abilities easily.

-Human form- this form is weaker than the standard reaper form. It of course, changes your looks a bit to fit more in with the human society. In this form you are tangible in the human realm and you are visible to humans/weaker-normal spirits. You are weaker, mobility is harder, and some of your powers are not easily accessible. Your presence is lowered because you are weaker.

-Past Life form- This form is only accessible to Dysfunctionals. This form is onsidered the weakest because it is unstable. No Dysfunctional has been able to fully access this form before. It is unsure as to whether their powers are accessible or not. Much is unknown and has yet to be discovered of this form.

Rules

-Unless one is given a mission, reapers are not allowed in the human realm or the other realms.

-If a Dysfunctional is found, it is to be reported or disposed of.

-Only Soul Keeper can hunt Dysfunctionals.

-Only higher up Soul Keepers can go to the capital (I’m the only one allowed for that so far)

-Any reapers found breaking rules shall be punished by the sent Soul Keeper when caught, then sent to a correctional facility.

-Reapers are not allowed to help Dysfunctionals, as they are criminals.

-No reaper can address the capital, the capital addresses them.

-Any reaper found spreading rumors of the Capital will be punished.

-All reapers must complete a series of steps and hours of education to become a reaper.

-Soul Keepers are picked, it doesn’t matter how many years one has been living or working, the higher ups in Capital pick them.

Realms

Mortal Realm- Where humans and animals reside, some demons and/or spirits occasionally appear here. This realm is filled with forests, cities, roads, dunes, and storms. This realm is also the easiest to access. The balance in this realm is always fluctuating as well, though since these creatures are usually weak, the balance is not always taken seriously. (All Around)

Reaper- Where the reapers reside, this is inaccessible to many creatures except allies of the reaper society or powerful creatures. Advanced in technology and magic, the two intertwined to make the specialized weapons/machines for each individual. This realm is almost always balanced. (Neutral)

Mythical- Where beings such as elves, centaurs, and nine tailed foxes reside. Confusing for anyone except the being who reside there, scenery is constantly changing and seemed to be hazy and an illusion for visitors. Mainly focused on magic and nature rather than technology, though a very smart overall population. This realm is trickily balanced and can handle itself well. (Neutral) ((Ally of Reapers))

Demonic- Where demons reside such as succubi, vampires, and goblins. Typically seen as dark, murky, with mist/smoke around; though looks actually like a maze of a combination of red buildings and dangerous animals/plants. Not really focused on magic or technology. (Chaotic) ((Works with Reapers occasionally, but does not typically mess with/helps them))

Angelic- Where angelic/heavenly beings like angels, cherubims, and nature spirits. Buildings look like old Roman temples but with more nature and technology infused, giving it an even richer look. A good blend between nature and technology, angelic beings do not focus on magic as much. (Lawful) ((Works with Reapers occasionally but does not like them much and refuses to interfere at times.))

Tartarus- Where tortured souls, their punishers, and the real demons live.

Nirvana

Limbo

Unknown Realm
