King of the Urn
In ancient China, there was a legend known as Gu. One would place one hundred poisonous insects in an urn. The insects will be forced to kill each other for survival, the last one left alive is the king of the urn, said to have the powers of the killed insects, the Gu.

Maxwell looks to the door hearing footsteps and he pulls out a knife.

“Friends of yours?” Miru asked, walking and leaning over the chain link fence. “Huh. Maybe following you isn’t such a safe idea.”

Ryuuji stretches out his arms and cracks his neck, “Friends…?” he repeats, “Not sure about that. Honestly, I don’t know what terms we’re on anymore. It’s a long story.” He sighs, absentmindedly polishing his gun. Rein nods in agreement, “Even I don’t know much about what they’ve been up to recently, all I know is the two of them formed a new clan. They haven’t been defeated yet, they’re beginning to gain an almost legendary status, even more than our last clan.” Ryuuji leans back and sighs deeply, “I heard… figure’s they’d up and do something like that.”

Mio hurriedly moved Jax to a saver area before crouching, trying to look like ornamental armour.

Yrkki walk into the building Mio and the other two were in his sword drawn and ready to defend.

Mio remains still, following only with her eyes.

Yrkki looks around and spots Maxwell but seeing that he was injured he lowers his sword.

Miru laughed a bit to herself. “Clans are an interesting thing for a game that wants us to kill each other. I suppose, any alliance is.” she stretched and stood. “Anyways, I should be going…” she made her way towards the door.

Ryuuji glances up to Miru, “I suppose you’re right, clans are weird, but at least you know your friends wont kill you, unless your friends are assholes.” He sighed and rolled his shoulders back, “So the offer’s open if you’re not an asshole, anyway it’ll be hard to find rings at this point without killing someone, I could cover your back.” He let his head fall backward.

Mio remains seated as she watches Yrkki approach.

Yrkki looks around before he slowly approaches Maxwell. As he does he flips his sword around so he was holding the blade and the hilt was facing Maxwell. “Let’s see what we have here.” He says to himself.
Maxwell watches him but doesn’t move till the handle of the sword was laying on his cheek causing him to flinch a bit.
Yrkki presses Maxwell’s cheek up to expose his teeth and he smirks. “Nice try cannibal.”

Miru cocks her head, considering. “I suppose I’ll take you up on that answer. Although… define asshole.” she smirked, crossing her arms.

Mio steps up and places the barrel of her armoured gun to Yrkki’s head.

Ryuuji shrugs, “The typical definition still applies just don’t backstab us or anything like that and we should be good.” He said and stood up, pulling his mask back up over his face and holding his helmet under his arm, “Anyway, you guys still don’t have enough rings, right? We should probably get going before some clan takes them all, you ready?” He asks, glancing at Miru and Rein. Rein gives a short nod and stands up as well, putting her rifle case over her shoulder.

Yrkki glances back at her then moves swiftly. Letting go of the blade of the sword and grabs the handle, that was still near Maxwell’s mouth, using the blade of push her arm away from his head and aim it at Maxwell. He then pulls out a knife and points it to her throat.
