This time period is more steam-punk. There will be no electronics or modern day things.

You guys can basically be an Ice bear, Human (with a daemon), or a witch (with a daemon). If someone wants they can become your Daemon but no one is forced to become someone elses daemon.

Humans- They have Daemons so you will be playing two characters in a way. (Within one post preferably), however Daemons and their humans cannot wander far from each other without physical pain coursing through the both of them. Your Daemon is basically your soul in animal form. A child and their daemon is connected by “Dust” which means their Daemon can shift into any creature they can think of upon will, however when older they settle involuntarily into one form according to their human’s personality. Daemons normally are always be the opposite sex of you, however it is suggested that if Daemon’s are of the same sex of their human the  human may be homosexual, but not always . If your Daemon is killed you will be killed. However it is very taboo in this world for a human to touch another’s daemon.

Witches- Just about the same as Humans except witches can fly, and their daemons can travel greater distances away from the witches and for longer periods of time. Witches usually are part of a clan, and have different morals to humans. They also tend to live in the north, and live longer than humans.

Ice bears (Polar bears)- Ice bears are one of the only intelligent species that do not have daemons. It has been said they have always wanted one, however. Ice bears live in the Northern parts where summer never comes. Hence their name. They have kingdoms and battles among themselves and are known as the greatest warriors of this world as their armor is made of stars, and some claim their armor is as important and vital to them as a human or witches’ daemon. Yes, they can speak.
