Dethreta {OC Modern RP Setting} [All OCs welcome, no canon characters]
The city of Dethreta has been split into five districts as long as anyone can remember. The Peterman District, the district of the rich, the Ques District, the education district, the Lesten District, the trade district, the Isen district, the slums, and the Wessel District, the mining district. Even though each district has its own leader, they’ve gotten along in the past, and Dethreta has been a mostly stable town. But when a font of seemingly magical energy is found in Wessel’s mines, problems arise. Unrest has begun, crime has risen, and districts blame other districts. Tension has been rising, and the citizens, you, are stuck right in the middle.

Name: Bellum (Bell)
Race/Species: Elf
Appearance: Aryan Features. Dark gold hair with sunstreaks, gray-blue eyes, fair skin. Appears to be around 16 or 17. Wears pale light weight clothes preferably in blue, navy blue trench coat to hold her many blades. Openly carry a heavy foil as well as dagger at her hip.
Bio: Dislikes men for reasons unstated. Enjoys battles and conflicts. Tries to avoid drawing attention to her self but fails miserably due to her appearance. Wonders throughout the city looking for fights for fun and amusement. Has high agility and stamina.
