Books (RP)
About
Its not what it seems it the world of books. It started in 2042 when the first book became real. In a strange little down that isn’t well known there were rumors going around. Rumors that books came to life. It started out with minor books at first. Little kiddy books that didn’t cause any harm so people just ignored it. It’s when the deeper darker books started coming to life that people began to freak out. It’s up to the book lovers to figure out what is going and if can be stopped or if they will have to live like this forever.

Amato stops walking and turns back to Leo, “Is there something you require of me?”

Leo stops and looks at the ground again, “Is it okay if I stay with you? I don’t know where I am and I don’t know where my friends are.”

Amato nods, glancing to Leo, “Yes, that is fine.” He begins to walk once again, “Perhaps it’s natural to be disoriented. This is a separate world than that you originally called home.”

Leo walks beside him, “So where am I then if I’m not home?”

“It’s a difficult answer, previously to arriving here you did not exist.” Amato began to explain “It may  be difficult to believe, but you are fictional in nature, in essence, the embodiment of words on a page.” He turns his head to make eye contact with Leo, “However, we have not yet discovered the reason people such as you have begun to exist, it’s a mystery to all.”

Leo stops “Wow, wow, wow. Okay so your saying that I am from some kind of book because some voodoo stuff went down that you don’t know about?”

Amato stops too, “Correct. The series you are from is fairly popular as well.” He glances around, “If you wish for proof, Â there is a book store approximately 1.3 miles northeast of here.”

“Okay, can you take me there?” Leo tilts his head.

Amato nods sharply, then quickly changes the direction he walked in, going on auto-navigation for a few moments as he updated his objective and reloaded database.

Leo jogs after him.

Annabeth gasps when she finds herself in a different place then camp halfblood. As she looks around she spots someone jogging. She yells out to them “Hey jogger!”

Amato stops walking at the sound of Annabeths voice. His eyes again dull in brightness, “Literary detected.” his voice came out more robotic than usual and, abiding to his program, he approaches Annabeth and greets her with his typical respectful bow.

Annabeth grabs her knife and points it toward Amato. “What are you?”

Leo sees Annabeth and his eyes widen. “Annabeth!” He runs over to her and hugs her but was careful with the knife.

Amato blinks once, his internal fan making a quiet humming sound, processing Leo’s actions”…affection…” he murmurs to himself, a barely detectable trace emotion in his voice. He shakes that off, then refocuses his attention to Annabeth, then produces another business card, again bowing as he presents it.”Amato, M-type android, property of Bungaku Corporation.”
