    These will happen every month on a certain date, chose by me. (WinkAndGiveDoubleGuns) Each meeting will be held in a different country, that country will be the leader of that meeting. He/She will choose the rules for that day, but you must send me the rules for me to approve. The date and rules for each conference will be posted on the wall. The roleplay for that will happen here.
