THE BOSS/CAPO FAMIGLIA/THE DON (1/1)- Much like a CEO, this person makes all the ultimatums and final decisions in the Family. As a dictator, he has the power to do anything. He is often feared and respected, but will be willing to make heavy sacrifices for his Famiglia.

THE MADONNA (0/1)- The partner of the Boss. They may or may not be an official member of the Mafia, but they know whats up. This person has high respect of all the men, and the heart of the boss. <found through rp>

THE CONSIGLIERE/CHIEF ADVISOR (0/1)-  Though not an offical member, the consigliere is the closest confidant and the right hand man of the Boss. This is a highly valued and trusted position, and only the most trusted and loved of the Boss holds this. They act as an unbiased voice in disputes and issues within the family. <ask me first>

THE UNDERBOSS (0/1)- A distant relation of the boss, and an offical member, they work as the second of the Boss on matters of the Mafia itself. Also highly treasured and trusted though not as a close confidant like the Consigliere. <ask me first>

THE CAPOREGIME (0/3)- These three are the generals of the Mafia. They each command a branch of grunts and soldiers under orders from the Boss and the Underboss, though they are able to work freely as long as the job gets done. They must report back to the Boss. <ask me first>

THE SOLDIERS/MADE MEN (~)- The lowest-ranking members of the hierarchy of the Mafia are the soldiers, the grunts of the organization who do the majority of the work; making deliveries, picking up cash, committing murder, assault, battery, witness intimidation, killing jurors, bribing Law Enforcement, Politicians, Government Officials, and Federal Agents, and generally sticking out their neck in the hope of making a name for themselves by demonstrating their loyalty to the Boss, and protecting the organization at all costs. Only Italians and Sicilians can be Made Men.</span>

THE ASSOCIATES (~)- Not made men, nor members of the Mafia, Associates merely work for the Mafia. They tend to aid the organization with the most power and prestige. These people do the work of grunts, and if the Mafia gives them an order, they must do it. Those of this ranking are also not under the protection of the Mafia unless they are highly valuable- so they’re fair game to anyone on the streets. They may also be under threat by the Mafia they associate with and have no choice but to work for them.

THE HITMEN (0/10)- Also known as contract killers. They can be Made Men or valued Associates who are paid by the Mafia to take out a person or a group. Depending on the quality of their work and their prices, they may be eventually adopted into the Family.
