Poseidon's Class

“Eternity students, first of all for those who are not aware of my deeds i am Poseidon, God of the seas and this is a Void” he opens his arms to show the kids his classroom, a dark space lighted by a blue ball of fire far away, they were all standing in a bunch of golden bricks floating into the nothingness and illuminating part of it, not much but enough for the gods to see their surroundings.
“Since i didn’t know if any of you had the skill i took myself the liberty of filling the void with dark mass and a source of light” he proudly straighten up his hat “now to your assignment” he flex his hands and a monstrous ball of fire appears in front of the gods “to deal with world creation first you must know that the time of your creations bend to your will, but time will only go forward” he uses more power to stabilize the ball of fire and create a well sustained world “as you can see it is not hard when you have enough power, now for your assignment, you guys must create your own rational race and interact with it, you can use this world i already created for you, create your own world or share a world i couldn’t care less…but there are rules!”
he hands a piece of paper to each god in the room:
1. if you choose to create your own world you get to decide your race level of technology ps: the more advanced a race is the more skeptical towards gods they will be
2. if you choose to use the world i created you must accept that your race is set in medieval times
3. if you wish to share a world with another god, the god who creates the world control it’s technology level (must be the same for both races)
4. each god can create one world and one race
5. to complete the assignment you must enter the world and personally interact with your race of course you as a god will have total control of your surroundings along with your immortality
