Earth (Second timeline)

Casi closed her eyes under her shades and relaxed, slightly uncomfortable to sleep in front of every one. Eventually her face smoothed out in sleep, a hand gun tucked under her, unseen to the world, her breaths even. The flames flickered on her shades, giving her a shadowy look, her small form curled in an uncomfortable ball.

-Eriess sat awake with the shield up, letting them all sleep until they were rested. She watched prospitians try to attack the shield to no avail. It gave her a few chuckles. Helmoj woke up at the onslaught and ended up sitting with her to watch. Kroman and Snowman slept for a long time. Antige didn’t get a wink and paced right inside of the force field as if a tiger in a cage ready to tear them apart. She had the juggling knives in her hands and was flipping them. Wencho finally got his beauty sleep.-

Casi stirred silent an hour later, she uncurled from her ball and held her gun loosely in her hand. She yawned slightly and brushed the dirt off of her shades, then stood up. “Did I miss anything?” Her voice was quiet and heavy, as she just woke up, the girl yawned again and rubbed her eyes behind her shades. Casi walked over to the sputtering fire and kicked it slightly, jump starting the sparks again and it relight with gusto.

-Eriess said, “Nothing much Casi, Prospitians are fruitlessly attacking my shield and Antige seems ready to feast on their flesh… She really wants revenge.” Antige actually stabbed through the shield and pierced a prospitian in the gut. She watched it bleed out then she tried to go through it. Eriess made the shield so Antige couldn’t get at them, causing Antige to smash into it and get a nose bleed. She didn’t care and went back to prowling the edge angrily. Helmoj looked at them and said, “She’s more antsy than Kroman on rage…” Kroman woke up first and kept his eyes on Snowman, making sure not to wake her. Wencho was fast asleep.-

Casi nodded and sat down by the fire,fingering her gun,”..Are we going to attack them soon?” The girl stifled another yawn,still drowsy. The girl absently poked the fire with her toe, careful though to not get burned. She almost nodded off again, but forced her self to stay awake, Casi wasn’t to much of a morning person. Even if it wasn’t morning, she always felt sluggish after sleeping.

-Eriess said, “I want everyone rested. Wencho was the last to fall asleep so he should be the last to wake.” Eriess felt someone enter the Derse side of her field and turned to see Gemern. She had the symbol of breath on her robe. Her horns were huge out of the sides of her head and her hair hung in front of her eye. She had a lance on her shoulder and said, “Hey, got that last bit healed no problem. Fenrie is working her magic so the rest should be back in no time… well, except Termes.” Antige heard her and started attacking the shield to get at the prospitians. She was growling and furious. Gemern covered her own mouth and said, “oh… I didn’t mean…” “It’s okay Gemern,” Helmoj spoke softly, “She’s already been irritated.” Gemern was still sorry she said anything. Kroman felt Snowman stir and held her close as she woke, him feeling her grip him too. Gemern saw it and said, “Catch me up, are those two over there red?” Wencho was still sleeping.-

Casi shrugged,”It seems like it,” she blinked and slapped her face lightly, waking her self up. The girl perked at the mention of everyone coming back, and absently rubbed the healing scratch on her cheek, it ran side ways, from her nose to her cheek bone. Casi ignored Antige at the moment, and rubbed her hand, which pricked from the bite marks. The girl stretched out her legs in front of her accidentally brushing against Wencho, she pulled back, hoping she didn’t wake him. She shook more dust from her self, annoying at the white powder, as it would not get off of her. The raven head scrubbed her face trying to get the dust off of her, annoyed.

-Eriess kept watching Antige pace. “Think I should let her at them?” Eriess asked. Helmoj sighed and said, “Maybe…” Wencho didn’t stir. Antige kept pacing and stabbing the shield every now and again. Gemern looked at the fire and then smirked as she placed her hand onto her own head. She made two of the prospitians bash their heads together with one another until they bled. Kroman stood up with Snowman and they walked over to the group. Kroman said, “Morning.” Dremon woke up to Kroman’s voice and sat to end up watching Antige. Snowman held Kroman’s hand, gently.-

Casi grinned as they played around with the enemy,”I think we should wait until everyone else gets here, if he gets stuck in the middle of battle and he gets hurt, we might not be able to reach him. The girl poked the fire and almost set Wencho on fire, as a few sparks when a bit to close to him, Casi blanched and stopped messing with the fire. She resisted the urge to play with it and layed down, staring at the sky, bored.

-Eriess sighed and said, “Well, we will wait for everyone but Termes. He has a long healing ahead of him.” Antige kept taking to bashing the shield to get at the prospitians. Dremon rubbed his head and said, “I should have never given her those knives…” Kroman and Snowman settled down to watch the spectacle of Antige and Gemern. Gemern got bored, though and wanted to really meet Casi. She stuck out her hand and said, “Hello.” Wencho finally stretched out on the ground and started getting up. Fyrena was finally on his way back but he was leaning heavily on his cane to get there.-

Casi blinked at the hand above her and sat up grasping it,”Hi! I’m Casi, pleasure to meet you.” The girl let go of the hand and stood up, still mostly white and black like a chess bored. She brushed dust off her sunglasses and shoved her gun in her hoodie pocket,with a small click, the safety back on.

-Gemern smiled and said, “I am Gemern Nitram. Great to meet you too. While I was back in the castle, Armane, Fenrie, and Carolus wouldn’t shut up about you.” She sat herself down and layed on the ground. Fyrena hobbled into the shield and up to the group. He seemed worse for wear with a wrap around his neck. He opted to stay standing and sighed as he watched Antige pace back and forth. Helmoj spoke to Fyrena as he watched, “She is really out for blood.” Fyrena sighed and said, “No kidding… I’d of hated to see how blood thirsty she’d be if it was her matesprit…” Dremon butted in, “Or the both of us.” Fyrena shook his head and said, “Bet she would’ve hurt herself just trying to get at them.” Wencho started playing with the fire. Kroman and Snowman went back into cuddle mode. A couple others were approaching.-

Casi blushed slightly,”Oh, I’m nothing special, I’ll assure you.” She sneezed and grinned at the large horned troll. The girl turned to Wencho,”Don’t burn your self, I almost set you on fire when you where sleeping.” Her tone was light with amusement and she wandered away over to Fyrena,”Hey you okay there?”

-Gemern smirked in a cocky fashion then sat herself back up. Wencho shrugged and kept poking the fire. Fyrena smiled at Casi’s concern and said, “My throat is sore but I can manage. Need my cane due to the blood lost though. I know Kroman didn’t mean it.” Kroman heard his name and peeked back and said, “Sorry for biting.” He then turned back to Snowman. Fyrena chuckled, “He’s a good one…” Helmoj smiled happily at that, as did Dremon. The two approaching was Temahn and she was helping Armane on his way back. They entered the shield and joined the sitting group. Temahn sat behind Helmoj, him turning to check her over. Armane remained standing best he could and waved to Casi.-

Casi turned to Armane and her face lit up, she jogged over to him and hugged him gently, and helped him stand up,”Hey there! How are you doing?” The girl wiped more dust off of her self and grinned up at him, her shades glinting in the light.
