Race: Human Cyborg(slightly retro looking)
Powers:interchangeable plasma gun/welder arm attachment, implanted scientific devices(optical, nuclear, chemical, electronic), slightly above average strength, moderate hardware/software/wetware hacking skills, high radiation tolerance, suffers from boughts of extreme pain
Personality:Loves to use humor in every situation, is often actually quite rude. Loves to cause mischief, even for his best friends. When solving issues, usually enjoys the most cynical solution.
Backstory: Elliot was a surgical reject dumped by the OGA in the biological disposal yard outside the Pertrana Slums. Only thought to have been fully euthanized, Elliot was taken pity on by Dr. Hellena(former OGA scientist who escaped to the slums) and was resurrected with the the best technical equipment that the doctor had on hand. Having to rebuild a life lost to the OGA, Elliot picked up engineering skills from the good doctor along with survival lessons from life in the slums.
