Character Creation

Create a character or two, and then use them in stories later.

This is not a fantasy RPG. No magic, etc.

Consult the Forgotten Canon thread for information on races and such.

Because the Canon available to you will expand as the various adventures progress, you’re allowed to make new characters whenever you want, regardless of how many you have already made. (I may later change my mind and put a cap on it.)

Name: If you are making a non-human, you should talk to me about this.

Age: Scale according to the species’ listing. (For example, a Recthan that is 25 in ‘Recthan years’ would be 25 * .96 years old, which would make it 24.)

Gender (if applicable): Humans generally conform to a gender dichotomy but can also have in-between genders, mostly determined by their own self-identity. Other races generally have other rules about gender.

Species: Consult the Forgotten Canon thread for this one.

Appearance: Try to work from what the Canon thread tells you. If you have questions, you know where to find me.

Backstory: Right now this one will probably be a bit tough to come up with, so just come up with whatever floats your boat.

Personality: What’s your character like?

Flaws: A perfect hero is boring. Spice it up.

Specialization: What is your character good at?

Other interesting things: Talk to me.

PLEASE AWAIT APPROVAL before posting any RP actions for your character. It’s nothing personal – you’ve just got a lot of canon to work around here and mistakes are guaranteed to happen.
