Due to his upbringing, by France and England, he can be a hopless romantic, but he is also a gentleman.
He was raised by Winter before his colonization. They have a good relationship with one another.
His biological mother is a woman called Native North America. Her real name is Orenda, Matt calls her Gaho.

Relationships: Arthur/England: you may have taken him from his Pere, but he loves you dearly, he would do anything to make you happy…he is a bit of a USUK shipper, and may ask how Alfred is, in an attempt to spark a relationship. He WILL respect any relationship you are already in.
Francis/France: he looks up to you, you raised him and he will love you forever! He doesn’t let ANYBODY speak ill of you!
Alfred/America: you are his big brother. You can get on his nerves, but he loves you, plain and simple.
Seychelles: Matt will always be very close to his little sister, their shared English/French heritage binds them close.
Jeanne d’arc: Francis spoke so highly of you, that Matt calls you Mere, or mother.
Ivan/Russia: he respects you, and truly wants to be your friend…if Alfred let’s him…{Mattie is currently in a relationship with a Russia}
Katerina/Ukraine: he treats you like family, he lives in an area of high Ukrainian population, so he feels closer to you. This is however, stricly platonic.
Natalia/Belarus: wishes to break down your barriers the way Alfred did when you lived with him. He sees a beautiful young woman with a lot of potential, and he wants you to trust him.
Toris/Lithuania: he feels a kinship to you, as you have many of the same interest. A great possiblity for friendship.
Raivis/Latvia: he genuinely worries about you.
Eduard/Estonia: he doesn’t feel like he can talk to you.
Tino/Finland: he likes you, plain and simple. He loves your cheerful personality, and admires you for your sniping abilities.{Even though Canada still holds the record for longest kill-shot}
Emile/Iceland: you are his neighbour. He wants to be closer to you.
Lukas/Norway: if he COULD, Mattie would hold a grudge against you. You almost colonized him not once, but TWICE, leaving him both times. He holds no grudge though…
Australia: he sees you like a brother, and respects you for how bravely you fight.
Kiku/Japan: he isn’t as close to you as Alfred is, but he loves and respects you for your age, wisdom, and honour.
Yao/China: he likes you, but thinks you esscentric.
Vlad/Romania: he is very curious about you. He’s heard rumours you’re a VAMPIRE and wants to know the truth…whether you ARE or not, doesn’t matter, he’s B+ by the way!{My personal feelings about them is that their relationship is a…”Romantic friendship”…if you play Romania as a Vampire, Mattie might feed you willingly.}
Netherlands: after he saw you starving during WWII he couldn’t abandon you, so he gave food, aid, rescued the Royal Family, and liberated your Country. Ever since, he has considered you one of your best friends!
Gilbert/Prussia: much to everyone’s surprise, he likes you a lot. You make him come out of his shell, and he will ALWAYS welcome you at his table, for pancakes, or to chill out and drink. Either way, you are easily his best friend!!

Mattie has two E-zones: his curl, and his lower back. If you are a Russia, Call him “Matvey” because hearing “Matthew” in a Russian accent…turns him on.
Mattie is pretty “seke” but leans toward bottoming. he WILL top though.
Matt loves all Flowers, especially Western Red Lilies {flower of saskatchewan} and White Trilliums{Ontario’s flower…maybe Canada’s as a whole…but you can’t pick them by law…}
Mattie’s secret turn on smell is burning wood. Campfire or cuddling by the fireplace…he gets turned on.
Mattie was trained in a British Spy camp {the one James Bond is based of off} and sometimes becomes invisible due to experiments…when he’s invisible, people can’t even HEAR him!
Matt is afraid of disappearing for good when he goes invisable…which is very REAL to him.
Matt MAY get into arguements with any America’s…but don’t worry, he loves you!

He may mention his cat “Maple” he also has a lot of dogs…a pack/team of huskies including one called Nikita, who is rather protective of him…he also has a black Lab and a Newfie dog, but they’re in the marintimes…
He also gets drunk off of Maple syrup very easily…otherwise he is almost NEVER drunk.
Mattie has two sons. Alexei Arthur Braginski-Williams and Nikolai Francis. They are about eight/nine they don’t get along very well, but nobody better mess with them. Niki is more blond, and looks more like Matt, he’s also more eccentric.
Alexei is very like Ivan in appearance. He’s the more serious one. Mattie has a daughter with Russia named Anastasia Catherine Williams-Braginskaya she is a Crystal Child Attributes of the Crystal Children
*Extremely sensitive to everything in their environment -sound, colors, negative emotions in others, smells, food, chemicals, pollutants, the “feel” of clothing, violence, and pain of others, group consciousness, electromagnetic frequencies, solar flares.
*So sensitive that they are deeply vulnerable, as well as very powerful because of their intense vulnerability.
*They must have alone time. They do not live well in groups as few others understand their need for solitude, balance, rejuvenation, and deep quiet.
*They must have daily communion with nature and elements. The Spirit of Nature will help them balance and clear all of the disharmonious energies that affect them so strongly.

*Water is very beneficial in clearing and soothing them. They love baths, showers, waterfalls, fountains, playing in water and sand.

*It is not uncommon for these children to ‘tell’ their parents their name before they are born, and engage in other direct communication.

*They respond well to body work, massage, and energy work by someone who is themselves balanced. Massage and cranio-sacral therapy may be crucial to keeping their bodies healthy and pain-free.

*They are bright, “big-picture” individuals with an instinctual understanding of the spiritual laws, and of how it all works.
*They have a clear connection to their higher self, naturally accessing their highest guidance. It is precisely because of this connection that they know the truth of spiritual Oneness.

*They are capable of regeneration of bone and tissue. Where most of us are gradually being upgraded – ascending to the Crystal energy, it is already in their DNA.
