Takra blew up instantly “Are you so stupid as to literally but me and Baylet on the same team!? This school will come down on our heads within the span of a week! and don’t EVEN get me started on the fact that you put Miwa in a team, that despite their good nature, can’t make up for each other’s weaknesses worth a damn! either you’re just having the laugh of your life or you’re just stupid enough to assemble teams that wont be able to get anything accomplished because their either A. too busy fighting with each other, or B. too timid to do a fucking thing about the task at hand! did you even PAUSE to think before you announced teams, AT ALL?! a four-year-old could’ve assessed people better and put them into fully functional teams back home.”

Takra stood by Miwa and folded his arms, watching Godal curiously, wondering what the hell the old man wanted now

Takra looked up and huffed, getting to his feet “Well come on then, Miwa, we’d better go before the old man gives us hell.” he walked out, only half-waiting for Miwa.

Takra’s eyes snapped open as he twisted his neck too fast to be possible toward Miwa and the book, his eyes were narrowed slightly as he shifted his gaze between the two, seeing Miwa’s burned hands and the smoking book “What the hell?”

Takra glanced at Tom as he walked in how many people are in this school, dammit he looked over at Miwa and shifted in his chair, folded his arms, bowed his head, and lets his eyes slide shut, as Takra sank into darkness everything around him flared into view, and Takra could tell what was happening, Miwa reading her book, Tom wandering the library, Jerrel and them all in the gym, pretty much everyone.

Takra narrowed his eyes “You missunderstand my meaning, and I do not care to explain myself, good day to you, Baylet.” he glanced at Miwa “come or stay, makes no difference to me, Miwa.” the teen jumped the distance from the top of the bleachers to the floor and walked out of the gym, ending up in the library perfect, a quiet environment, I can think freely without being disturbed he sat down, his eyes on the doorway

Takra appeared right in front of Baylet, blood-red eyes boring into hers “You have no idea what I’ve done for my sister, I was treated like a pampered little prince, she was shut away, I gave orders that were followed, she had guards at her door every hour of the day to keep her from going anywhere, I was bowed to wherever I went, she wasn’t allowed to see anyone, ever, I could have easily sat by and let her be hung, and then I wouldn’t be here now, but, thanks to the fact that I had decided to incapacitate whatever guards were there and go see my sister, I decided that hanging her for no good reason was a ‘no’ I sacrificed everything for her life, so don’t you dare tell me that you can fight for her better than I can, I don’t care how old you are, I don’t even care how strong you are, you’re not a guardian, stop acting like one, and stop trying to relate to us, because you have no fucking idea, your excuses are through, Baylet, if my sister needs protection she can rely on the one who’s been protecting her her whole life, fuck off, because whatever you think, you DO NOT know what we’ve gone through, and yes, I have protected her her whole life because father wanted to kill her straight from birth, I convinced him otherwise. Now, I’m done ranting, scream, shout, insult me, try to pull a witty remark, I wont fucking care.” Takra vanished again, appearing where he was before, his eyes actually glowing somewhat in the dark.

Takra prowled back in forth between Miwa and Baylet “forgive me if I don’t take your word, because the funny thing is, my father swore his children were the best thing that happened to him, yet here we are, just a few weeks after he tried to kill Miwa, swearing promises means little to me, and you should not be swearing to anything without knowing the consequences, however, since Miwa is in nod condition to see any fighting, particularly anything as bloody as our fight is bound to be, I will refrain, but know this, Baylet, I have no intention of letting you walk around boasting you can cause me to run with my tails between my legs, we will fight, one day, and, forgive my own arrogance, but I believe it is one that you won’t win.” Takra shifted back to normal and climbed the bleachers, sitting at the very top, half in shadow, watching both Miwa and Baylet.

Takra shed his jacket, tossing it away from everybody, dropping to all fours as the Foxes tails appeared, Takra’s ears were pointed, his hair completely orange, verging on red, his eyes looked like they were already reflecting blood. Takra snapped his teeth and waited for Baylet to pick her sorry ass up “whenever you’re ready, ‘princess’ I’ll wait”

Takra blinked and glared “first, I was not accusing anyone in particular, it’s quite possible that Miwa is in this state because of me, second…” the fox’s strength coursed through the teen as he threw Baylet across the gym “I should think that task falls to her brother more than you, prissy.”

Takra seemed to swell in rage for a second, the he let his breath out and let the fox Vanish from the forefront of his mind hell if I’m going to prove everyone’s assumptions right Takra stood there, quite indifferent as he said “Very well then, Baylet, however, if I could make a suggestion? I’d remind you that you make friends easier if you’re nicer to people, you know, or, if you’d rather, we could fight it out right here, right now, but I’d rather avoid that, Miwa seems rather frightened at the moment, and I love her more than I hate you.” he turned his head to look at Miwa “If you feel like it head back to your room to calm down, Kay?” he turned his attention back to Baylet, watching patiently for her reaction.

Takra frowned and rounded on the rest of the people in the room, growling, his voice dangerously low “alright, who got her panic-rambling again.” the teen flexed his fingers, which were once again tipped in claws Whoever hurt her dies in this gym Takra’s hair gained it’s orange streaks as he shifted his gaze around the room

Takra glanced at Miwa, the fox’s presence vanishing immeditately as he walked over to her “sorry, Miwa, my fault, entirely, are you alright?”

Takra’s eyes flew open, his tails vanished, as did the fire, though everything else remained as he appeared by Miwa, standing, glaring at Baylet “Yell at Miwa again, I dare you.” The teen folded his arms, forcing himself to keep a lid on his temper.

Takra sat in the middle of the war room, things burning yet not burning, the walls orange from the glow of the flames, the teens eyes were closed, his arms and legs were folded, his tails splayed out in a fan behind him, the fire causing the orange in his hair to gleam, although it was stifling hot in the war room Takra didn’t seem to be bothered by it and just sat there, his breathing perfectly even.
