Takra got bored and walked away loud noises, angry people, high tempers, not where I want to be right now, should probably go find Miwa, no one on her team seems to be looking for her or even knows where she is he snorted then again I’ll probably just get yelled at again because apparently I’m not supposed to care about my sister, don’t know where I should go, can’t hi-jack the war room, someone might need it, and I don’t think too many people would be happy if a demon fox sat in the middle of the library, I’d rather not go into the forest either, bah, I’m backed into a corner with no way out but to destroy those who are blocking my way… or maybe… what if I just stayed in that corner, did nothing? Perhaps if I showed no reaction they’d leave me alone, then again, Godal really can’t leave me alone since he’s our principal Takra’s head pounded painfully as the fox intruded on his thoughts Need I remind you that whether or not you remain in control of your body is entirely up to my cooperation? Godal and Baylet and everyone else are wrong to blame you, frankly you cannot help but submit when your head feels like it’s about to split open just from me talking to you. Takra blinked in surprise Did you just defend me? the fox didn’t answer, but Takra thought that the fox had indeed just defended him, albeit privately.
-
Takra blinked but remained impassive, rather stood silently, watching with one eyebrow raised and she flips out at me Takra shifted his attention to Godal He might be an asshole, but he packs one hell of a punch Takra folded his arms, silent
-
Takra growled from behind Baylet “I will not stand here and be ignored when this guy has instructed the two of you to drag me out and to his office just so he can pay for Baylet’s party!” he took a deep breath, his attitude changing instantly “However, impatience only gets a man pain and no end of trouble.”
-
Takra followed Jerrel out, walking steadily and paused, waiting for Baylet “You coming or not, since you’re the one that’s so desperate for a party.”
-
Takra snickered “Don’t worry, Foxface wont bother us, at least, not for a while, he’s sleeping.” Takra snorted again. “He’s not used to showing himself too often, so he’s kind of out of it.” Takra stood up, looking at Miwa, who’s head was poked through the door. “Don’t you have something you need to be doing?” he folded his arms and stood with his weight on one leg, waiting for the other two.
-
Takra snickered “I freely admit that my temper ran away from me before, however I think I have decent enough control over the demon to keep peaceful” Takra glanced at baylet “given certain people keep calm themselves”
-
Takra looked up as jerrel and baylet walked into the war room, the foxes features vanishing “What’s up?” He tilted his head, curious
-
Takra looked up at Jerrel’s voice, growled quietly to himself, then closed his eyes again he seems to think that I offered no resistance against the fox, no matter, sooner or later, people will learn that it is not as easy to fight the demon as they think, whether through my control or not, however I may feel about harming Miwa, it does not make up for the fact that she was ignorant enough to jump in the way, although… Takra growled again and muttered to himself “It’s not like I asked for this, guys, I have never wanted to harbor the nine-tailed fox.” he sat perfectly still, calm as possible. Hard to get control over the fox when you idiots keep antagonizing me, god damn.
-
Takra got halfway to the library and changed course, ending up in the war room, he closed the door and took a deep breath, he walked to the middle of the room, and sat facing the door, taking his meditation state, the foxes power whirled gently around him, shifting into a torrent the longer he sat there, the foxes tails fanned out behind him.
-
Takra folded his arms and sighed “but you know what, forget it, I’m wasting my breath, no matter what anyone says you always have to be the one that’s right, don’t you? No one’s smarted than out almighty principal who slays demons and gods without apparent effort, help us survive, HA, more like help us to destroy each other, if it’ll satisfy you, I will work with Baylet and Jerrel, but it is on your head when all three of us end up dead in your school.” he turned to Miwa “and you stay here, this guy seems eager to get us apart so give him what he wants.” Takra stalked out, ignoring everyone as he headed back to the library.
-
Takra raised an eyebrow “I’m a threat to Miwa? have you once seen me hurt her? I do not recall a time when I have lifted a finger against my sister, you would be wise to observe before you assume, I am no danger to Miwa, period, end of story.”
-
Takra looked Godal dead in the eye “The day that I can no longer protect myself or my sister from anything that could harm us is the day I die, and I’m not stupid, I don’t expect Miwa to be there all the time, however, would you not agree that everyone needs training wheels? Unless I am very much mistaken, not even you were born perfect, could you have slew gods when you were our age? Forgive my arrogance, but it seems to me that you’re more curious as to the full extent of our power, so you’re placing us in trying situations to see which us is likely to lose our heads first, obviously, with the fox combined with my natural temper, it’d be me, but I promise you one thing, to the best of my ability I will give Miwa the life she deserves, peace, quiet, everything that was denied her by our father, and if you don’t like it, then frankly I say tough shit, because you’re not going to change that, you’ll have to destroy me first.” Takra kept Godal’s gaze as he waited for his reply.
-
Takra stopped and turned back, narrowing his eyes “Really?” Sometimes I wonder whether it is wise to take advantage of the fox’s hearing Takra walked back down to the gym, calm as ever “A barking dog? what an interesting observation, I seem to recall someone saying something similar, perhaps you are stronger than first imagined, however I feel that trying make Baylet and I work together is a mistake, and will only end in disaster, demons were not made to work with one another, and personally I’d rather avoid a nasty outcome, preferably, I’d rather stick around to watch my sister’s back, if it’s all the same to you, truth be told, we sort of balance each other out, when my temper boils over she tends to be able to keep me calm, and when she freaks out I manage to calm her down before she panics, I do not doubt Jerrel’s ability, but keeping two demons under control is extremely difficult for one person alone, especially with a demon as deadly and violent as the fox, while I can’t speak for Baylet, I believe she would agree, at least in part.”
-
Takra’s eyes flew open and he staggered, relieving Miwa of his weight “What the hell… what just happened…” he looked left, then right, and was surprised to see only Miwa there “Miwa? where is everybody? the last thing I remember is Godal-” it rushed back to him, and he nearly lost it again, but managed to hold his temper “Godal…” he growled lowly “reminds me too much of father, putting you with a bunch of clowns that can’t watch your back, it’s like he wants you to get hurt, well I say fuck what he wants, I’m sticking with you, Baylet and Jerrel be damned, you’re more important than whatever he wants to teach us, if he wants to separate us then he’s got another thing coming, I’m not going to lose you, Miwa, even if Godal kills me… and he’ll have to before I agree to bow down to him like he’s my master.”
-
Takra sprung to his feet, shoving Miwa away angrily, he would apologize to her later, right now Takra was seeing red, and his prime target was the man standing in front of him, his voice turned demonic and he shouted, heard throughout the school “COME FORTH, KURAMA, LORD OF DEMONS, DESTROYER OF WORLDS, AND BANE OF THOSE WHO OPPOSE YOU.” the teen growled, loud and deep, his hair bloody orange, three-inch claws protruding from each finger, the nine tails of the fox exploding from his body “You have made an enemy of me today ‘godslayer’ tread carefully, the nine-tailed fox does not forgive those who intend to harm his vessel.” the teen dropped to the ground, back to normal and unconscious.
