APPEARENCE: Sollux’s hair consists of thick dark locks, his hair isn’t necessarily long, though it is rather thick at some points. He has side burns, not to be mistaken for “coon-tails”.
His eyes are red (the left) and blue (the right), which is thought to resemble Pollux and Castor (an anagram of his name).
The Gemini troll dons on the same clothes each passing day; a near-plain shirt with a yellow Gemini sign on the centre. His pants/jeans are plain black boot cuts.

Needless to say his skin is a light grey, bordering a darker tone.
On some days he may seem a lot paler, in which case yellow tints may be visible on prominent areas such as his cheek bones and nose.
His eyes are always covered by glasses corresponding with the shade of his eyes (3D).

PERSONALITY / TRAITS:

As the webcomic states Sollux can be a tad bipolar and has a rather “tacky” personality in the first place (until he gets to know you, that’s pretty much his default attitude). He uses quite a lot of expletives, which varies depending on his mood (he’ll swear if he’s stressed or angry, or if he’s too chilled out so you’ll have to monitor how his personality changes closely).
At times, he’ll be helpful if you can get him to relax and just co-operate with time. Don’t rush him, though, he /hates/ being rushed with most things.

WEANKNESSES:

All in all, I guess you could call his anger issues a problem, he has a few outburst now and then which he will no doubt regret in a more stable states.

As for other weaknesses there’s being un-appreciated; Sollux feels the need to be admired by his acquaintances if he isn’t it makes him feel cold and lonely in some sense, the troll who no one cares about. He has his talents to keep his reputation alive. Rub those through the dirt, he’ll surely follow.

ASPIRATIONS:

Independence. Sollux has a need for independence, believing to be strong you have to stand on your own two feet and never rely on anyone too deeply.
He’ll bond with people, and form minor trust, but he will never put his full trust in someone – it’s grown a instinct of some sort.

LIKES:

Coffee, sports drinks, anything that will – or so he believes – keep him on a high. Being bipolar, he finds reserving his energy important as it can affect his mood (sometimes, it’s just beyond his control, but he’s still learning to control it).

DISLIKES:

Narcissism. Hates it, loathes it, maybe. Sure, he likes to appear tough but deep down there’s anxiety and disbelief. Those who can keep their head up higher than the clouds are the one he hates. Even though they’re surrounded by “clouds” they can appear strong.
> You could actually say he’s jealous of narcissism, wishing he could find good qualities in himself.

I’m not going to do a section of his relationship with others, I never know how to go about that.

Also, I may use double negatives. I can see him using ’em in his speech anyway, it’s in his personality “ii dont want nothiing two do wiith you, ampora.”

Labtebricole: living in holes. To lock yourself away from the world, stay cooped up.

Neophobe: The fear of the new version not being as good as the first, “Catching Fire will never be as good as The Hunger Games” sort of speak.

Sollux Aradia: Cuties. I’m not keen on Matespritship for them, though. Same goes for SOLFEF, but I’m warming up to SolFef so it really depends how good your Feferi is.

I WILL NOT RP:

And, in case I didn’t make it clear enough, he has Bipolar I which sets him with alterations between manic episodes and scenarios of depression. Often stress will be the trigger of his depression (once it occurs) but now and again there will be simply no reason, so don’t get too keen on getting to the bottom of why he’s not acting himself. Periods of manic etc can last for a week or more, rarely less. Though he can be cheered up some-what through said periods of time.

*Sollux is skinny and tall, he isn’t weak. He’s pretty strong if he wants to be. His bones protrude out quite a lot. So he has a very defined structure.

*He dislikes being ignored. That’s when he gets annoying because he will bug you for attention, which may well mean pissing you off.

*He has an awful conscience and may even regret something a few seconds after he’s done it – he can block it out (depends on his mind state).

*He can get pretty sappy, but he feels like he’s degrading himself when he does so he might just smother you in love on second and be like “F-this” the next.

*Humanstuck: Mouse brown hair, bright blue eyes – one of which he’s blind in. He wears normal wire-frame, square-ish glasses on casual occasions but may well be caught sporting his signature 3D glasses. He wears a lot of plaid and sometimes dresses somewhat vintage, though he’s pretty oblivious to that since he isn’t really picky when it comes to clothes.

*Give him a bow tie and a fedora and you are his. Basically.

*He adores anything retro: PC games, fashion, comics and technology (how it’s changed over the years).
