Background basics: Rena was taken care of by a nun of the orphanage she was taken to as a child who adored Rena like her own. She was only a girl when she had come into her flame abilities unknown to her that were inherited from her birth parents. Being scared and alone, the nun raised her and brought her up in a kind way yet she also held her own secrets. One day rena discovered that the nun was secretly practicing dark magic and was found out then exiled. Rena was left here until she was old enough to run away and some time later she came upon the fire station that offered her a shelter in exchange for her to remain with the captain and become a fire solider. She was given education and a residence but little did she know that this would be where she would meet her brother Shinra, and that this would start off a chain of events leading her to find her true family.
