Apollo called in again, this time the ship was about two AUs away from the Arthandas, aimed at a blind spot. “GUN001 to Jack, check in 2 commencing, setting course for blind spot 33, surface 83. Breaking in entrance with mining laser. I estimate we’re going to crash into the men’s bathroom.”

Apollo attempted to pull up a heightmap but successfully failed. “I have no idea, but it’s going to need a lot of firepower to destroy. So our plan for now is to get inside it.” Apollo slowly began flying the gunship out of the hangar, making sure Pandora and Odysseus had taken their seats. “GUN001 to Jack. Do you read me? We are headed to Yesthermn-3.”

Apollo looked down at his feet. “Uh…Rose should go with Geralt. Kids need someone who can fly to get them out of buildings.”

Apollo quickly tapped Pandora. “You’re coming with me. I like you, that’s why. Not anything else. Also, I think you might know how to destroy the machine, or at least incapacitate it.”
Apollo ran down to the hangar and chose a gunship with three seats. “I’ll fly. Pandora, you can be the artillery and gunner, and Odysseus will be the navigator because I have no idea what I’m doing.”

Apollo, amazed by the news, instantly looks at the OGA flight map. “They are going to destroy Darmos-3. Gas giant, no life, but a fission reactor of a planet. Almost a star if it were any bigger. Go there?”

Apollo slams his fist on the table. “A TRILLION OF PEOPLE?! DEAD?!” Apollo began pacing, obviously frustrated on the loss of life. [50 OGA deaths compared to trillions of innocents, and billions captured! If the Ascendii were in this, they would beat the shit out of the OGA. That is, until Midzog is killed. We need Midzog dead.]

Apollo rolls his eyes. [Not only does he want money but he’s a big baby. Well, I shouldn’t think like this, I’ve never loved anyone before. Honestly, Jack is the closest I have had to a lover. Ew. Wait, no, we’re best friends, that’s impossible. Katherine is what standards would call ‘attractive’ but she is by far the hardest worker in the group. Ew, why am I even thinking?] Apollo then walks up to the control board and begins tapping on the planet surface. “Odysseus, can you calibrate this so that it displays hostile spacecraft instead of simple targets? The OGA ships are rather…biased towards themselves.”

Apollo aimed the cruiser with everyone onboard towards Yesthermn-3. “I own Andaluza’s abandoned military outpost on the planet. We can hide out there, nobody ever visits there.”

Apollo turned on the elevator and lifted Jack, Faye, and Geralt into the ship. “We’re headed somewhere. Pandora, you choose the planet.”

The cruiser flew over Jack. “JACK IT’S US!! Did you find anybody?!”

Apollo took hold of the main control board and began to program the coordinates to Jack. “Strap in! We’re going to get Jack!”

Apollo flung the nozzle to open and ran to the main bridge. “It’s alright, fuel will drop to 30 percent and we’ll land back at base.” Apollo went to the other side of the bridge and pulled one of the rolling chairs with the pilot still strapped to it, smashing it against the wall face-first. “That should do it.” Apollo set the chair on fire and pushed it down the hallway as it extinguish. “We have to take control of the cruiser now.”

Apollo shook his head. “Crew are the only ones who can fix the ship, right? And there are no crew now. We are in power now.” A smile slowly appeared on his face as he ran over to the fuel tanks. “This evaporates in air. Do you think you can reroute to the cockpits Pandora? Just grab the nozzles and aim them at the cockpit, but be quiet. I’ll be in here, looking out for soldiers.”
