Apollo slid down the KIRK’s main pole into a room. “Got one! This one has a timestamp from the 2746/4/23 attack on Freighter Group 3 of Yesthermn. They stole 2 billion credits worth of cargo!” Apollo flew up the pole, holding the map out.

“Broken floorboard on the control panel to your left, don’t step. Holopod and cryogenic surfaces are destroyed and decaying, also don’t touch.” Apollo walked through the wreckage, careful not to have anything destroyed. “Ok, we’re looking for the informational maps. We need to get them to Jack as soon as possible, it has the location and timestamps of Midzog’s attacks.”

Apollo called back to Katherine. “Hey, aren’t you going to check out the KIRK with us? We might need help with this!”

Apollo fell off the tree. “I’m alright. Let’s go to KIRK!” Apollo sprinted towards the KIRK at full speed again, this time performing what humans call a triple jump before falling in through the roof of the cruiser. “In here! Or you can just fly in!”

Apollo looked at the relatively flat ground, remembering something. “You know, you never know how fast an Ascendii runs until you do it on Chiron-5.” Apollo crouched on the ground and took off running at full speed, the atmosphere visibly curving at his front and bending backwards in a red-orange streak. “It’s not as easy as it looks! You just gotta watch out for-” Apollo slammed head-first into a tree, shattering the bark and making a ton of leaves fall off. “-trees.”

Apollo landed the ship, this time gently, on the smooth grass of Chiron-5. “We’re here! What you’re about to see is going to shock you. A lot.” Apollo slowly opened the window to reveal a massive command cruiser on the ground, destroyed, with twisted metal all over it. “This is the K.I.R.K. cruiser. It was made by one of my friends a long time ago.” Apollo opened the boarding ramp and flew down to the bottom. “Nitrogen concentration is high this year, we’ll be more alert than ever.”

Apollo looked around on the ship, looking at Chiron-5 looming in the empty blackness. “Pandora, we’re nearly here. Andaluza just went to visit Faye, he’ll be back soon, so I guess it’s just the two of us.” Apollo shuddered at the thought of spending a week with Pandora, as he wasn’t quite ready to freak out when he saw the rest of the team. “Decided that you’re a better candidate than Rose because you don’t have split personality problems. And you have a sword that doesn’t melt at 500 degrees.” Apollo remembered Heiklm’s blade, which melted like butter after two minutes of exposure to a flame. That was funny.

Apollo spoke through the radio without much hesitation. “Normally they take the Ascendii to the power plant, but they have no use for humans-” Apollo hated the rudeness of that comment “-so they either recruit them as infantry or…dispatch them.”

Apollo led Ody out of the gunship and into the big cruiser. “We’re going to meet up with Jack in orbit around Chiron-5. We’re currently going really fast so try to keep walking to a minimum.”

Apollo mirrored next to Odysseus, sensing his morning energy from his suit. “You alright? What happened? Are you alright?”

Apollo rang up Jack again. “It’s not as bad as you think! Andaluza hates the OGA now and left because he saw how much Midzog mistreated him! If it weren’t for Rose we’d still be beating each other to death. Jack, come on, he’s nice enough.”

“Hey! Pandora! Looking for something to eat?” Apollo took a large chocolate snack bar from the shelf he was standing near and threw it to Pandora. “Enjoy!”
Apollo then walked over to the communications panel, flipping on various dials that indicate Jack’s location. “Jack, this is Apollo. Andaluza’s here, and there’s just me and Pandora who are retaining him. We have his trust but not his loyalty. Hurry up with the rest of the group so you can get acquainted with him.”
