Appearance: A short but slender catgirl, she stands at only 5 feet and weighs only 92.5 pounds. She has pink hair, tied into a ponytail. This hair points up in an ear-like shape, which overshadows her real ears. Her eyes are amber and she wears glasses. Her outfit is unusual, an odd mix of a Kaka Clan outfit and a labcoat. Her sleeves have slits in the side for easy arm movement.

Personality: Kokonoe is a serious, cynical, woman who does not tolerate the failure of her subordinates. Perhaps due to her cat traits, she has a short attention span and is very to-the-point. She is not one to sugarcoat things, and is usually seen as cranky and foul-mouthed. (Perhaps because she is.) She does have a sweet side, but usually shows it around her prideful creations.

She is shown to like candy, especially Ferrero Rocher. She hates stereotypes.

Abilities and fighting style: Kokonoe, as the child of Jubei and Konoe, is very powerful. She fights by rushing down and pummeling her opponent – And has the strength to do so. Sometimes uses gadgets, wrenches, hammers, magic, and sometimes Tagers to aid her in battle. Her strongest attack is Armament No.99 – “Final Apocalypse Ultimate Impact”. That’s not a misnomer.

It is also known she has a large arsenal of nuclear weaponry at her disposal. Be afraid.
