klKate shook her head. “This whole place is weird haha.” She jogged to catch up with Jazzy. “So, what’s your power?” She asked. “I think mine has something to do with this pen maybe? It isn’t my normal pen, but it feels normal to me. Or…. Familiar, I guess.” She blinked. “Er, anyways, your power?”

“Well there’s the powers.” Kate said whilst looking at Zach with a puzzled expression and holding her very suddenly cold hand. “Be more careful, got it.”

“I… No? I totally don’t that would be dumb haha….” Kate bites her lip and shifts on her feet. “ok though, Zach. I’m a bit of a nerd, and joint dreaming falls into the whole parapsychology. It’s not really… well, most people would dismiss it. Is this, maybe, your dream?” She asks, looking at him with a sudden excitement or maybe eagerness. “Because you seem to know the most about this place. Whoah, what if we aren’t even real?” Kate prods her hand experimentally with her pen tip and opens up a scab. A small amount of blood wells up and then, inexplicably, gets sucked into the pen.”Ah. That’s new.”

“Are you seriously telling me. That the ONLY reason I don’t have my sketchbook. Is because I DROPPED IT as I was falling asleep or whatever?!” Kate said, breathing hard. “THIS IS STUPID” (Am I trash for making a homestuck reference already)

“Maybe it’s like the Matrix. Anyone see any red or blue pills?” Kate smiles. Quickly, it drops into a frown. “It is weird though. I don’t exactly have…dreams….” She looked down, her frown deepening. When she looked up again, she was smiling. “I suppose it’s nice change. Weird, but- hey, how do you have money. Do you live here or something?” She said it jokingly, but there was an air of distrust about her.

“Gua….” She looks up quizzically at Zach. “But, sketchboo….” Zach jumps to save a flailing girl and. “Sweet Arceus are you hitting on her.” Kate suddenly grins. “Is it because she’s your dream girl?” She smiles wide and looks at everyone, amused by herself.

Kate immediately jerked away from her touch, her body suddenly very tense. “I’m not wandering, I’m exploring.” she half growled. “If this is the land of dreams, then what’s the big deal anyways? I wanna see the place. I also really want to find a sketchbook…..” Kate trailed off to the point of just muttering to herself. She sighed and twirled the pen in her fingers. “So Zack. Why are we all here together? That hardly seems normal, even for a dream.” she kicked the sand, still looking towards the tree.

“I… Yeah. I’m with… What’s your name again or did you not say.” Kate looks at Windy and shrugs. “Anyways- that. How do we wake up. Do we touch the tree I’m gonna go touch the tree or possibly climb it or whatever… Or what happens if I burn it down. Flame child, come hither!” Kate began walking in the direction of the tree.

“I-!” Kate stopped. “No, you’re right. I am crazy.” she laughed again, sitting down and uncapping the pen. “But not this kind of crazy…”

Kate started laughing. “I literally have no clue what’s going on, and you are way too friendly.” her hand twitched lightly around her pen as she subsided to giggles. “This is insane, why aren’t any of you acting like this is insane?”

Katherine sat up, feeling exactly the same as always- minus the immediate concern she felt. Where was it… She looked around desperately until she found what she was looking for: A silver winged pen with a sharp calligraphy point dripping with dark ink. As she picked it up, relieved, she felt a distinct thrum of power. She wondered what it meant. Whatever. Bigger issues. Where was she? And why on earth did she feel such an urge to go find people? She didn’t like this one bit. “I won’t go.” She announced, as she got up and trudged towards the group. “You know what, I will. I will go. But I won’t like it.”

Personality:Â Loud, a bit of a sadist and the tiniest bit paranoid. Never cries. Okay, not in front of people. ALL RIGHT SHE HIDES SOMEWHERE TO CRY. But it takes a lot to get her to that point. Most of the time she’s happy if a bit mean.
Magic: Conjuration, I guess? She can draw things, and if she understands them well enough, she can summon them for small periods of time- but she can summon actual sodas for indefinite amounts of time for some reason.

“Well, this is interesting.” Kit drawled, transforming in an explosion of blue fractals until she mimicked the new dragon’s form, minus being colored a midnight blue with stars gleaming amongst everything. “I was unaware dragons had a concept of royalty. Or are you, perhaps, just a clan leader?” she tilted her head slightly to one side, awaiting an answer.
