This is where the Roleplay will be, to keep things orderly.

“Its… So… Cold…” Emmaline draws her jacket around herself, trying her best to use her thin clothing to hide her bird extremities. It wouldn’t do good to die, but she was feeling so sleepy… She collapses in the snow, weary from the hours of travel. There’s only so many things a kid can do.

Lucy continues walking forward. Coldness running through her hut she was so glad that finally she was completely blind. That means she didn’t have to worry. A frail voice in the distance is what makes her pause at all and even that is simply a hesitation because she continues walking towards the voice, not like she could help someone freezing to death, likely she’ll begin to freeze to death as well, and when she’s almost dead maybe she’ll finally see herself at least. She’s seen so many dead bodies…so much blood…so much evil….frustrated she continues walking towards where she heard the voice. Looking for any flicker in the cold, icy blackness where it could be distorted darker or lighter depending on the heart of whoever was calling….

“Hello?” Emmaline calls out quietly, hearing footsteps trudge through the snow. She was freezing, and her muscles felt like lead, but she sat up slowly. “Who are you?”

Lucy looks around coming to the voice and squinting at the darker shade of black against the constant grey creating a figure….most likely female sitting in what she assumed was snow, due to the temperature. “I’m Lucy Evans, and..I wanna help you.” She says talking to the figure hoping she is looking where their eyes would be. Lucy then turns around rapidly attempting to find shelter where there appeared to be none, no darker shade of a house in this hellish nightmare vision….a few tears of blood fall down her face, she wipes them away staining her exposed hand red for a moment, she looks to her hand in horror, the pale tiny hand streaked in red was hers….she needed to remember what she looked like…

Man, I loved the snow. It was so easy to blend in. However this was a situation in which his powers did jack shit. God he was cold. He grabbed some branches from a tree and tried to create a fire. It wasn’t as big as he’d hoped, but it was something.

Darkened flames draw Lucy’s attention but those flames didn’t worry her as much as the help calling to her from the one sitting in the snow she watches the distant flicker of black transfixed for a moment before shaking her head to remind herself what was going on.

Hearing the fire crackle and seeing Lucy walking around, Emmaline slowly gets up, wincing in pain. “Hello? If you’re armed, drop your weapon. I’m not here to hurt anyone.&

Lucy blinks, weapon? Her axe lay against her back. “Um here, I’m not exactly holding anything but I’ll drop it anyways.” She attempts to smile pulling the axe out and setting it in the snow, it glints slightly. “So are you okay?” She asks innocently.

“Does it seem like I’m okay?” She trudges over, pulling a tiny knife from her belt and dropping it into the snow. “Emmaline.” Her white wings shudder against her back and she pulls her thin jacket over herself tighter, not sure who Lucy really was. “Okay means jack shit in this world. There’s no okay. Just surviving.”

Lucy looks over her figure, “Well I think no matter what someone can be okay, even if I don’t understand everything…and I dont, I think it’s good you’re not clear to me,mi know it’s bad to see.” She ramble explains looking up clearly, hoping that her pitch black eyes with no iris of whites would be a give away.

I looked off in the distance. Holy shit, there are people. He wanted to go and see if he could talk to them, but what if they were dangerous? Plus, this fire is so warm…. But he hasn’t seen anyone for a while now. He decided he would try and go over to them when the fire goes out.

Lucy hear’s the distant crackle and imagines it’s warmth…. “Listen, Emmaline there’s a fire somewhere that way” she points vaguely. “It’s really cold so maybe whoever’s there is nice enough to share!!” She says optimistically beaming, the scars cross crossing her lips show vividly when she smiles like this.

“Somehow I doubt it… But we can try.” She trudges through the snow, extremely reluctant to have her back to Lucy due to her hidden extremities. “The world has gone to chaos. It’d be nice to have a decent person around for a change.” A feeble smile crosses her lips.

Lucy nods and giggles following Emmaline’s figure to the fire. A new figure comes into light, another shadowy being at the flames. Sometimes if she squinted, Lucy could tell what color a fire was. It was nice to see something that’s not as traumatic. She goes for he figure loudly stepping to get their attention and then asking loudly but sweetly, being as careful as possible to not sound condescending,

“Excuse me?! Would you mind sharing the fire?!”
