    For creature comfort.

The night was young, the forest dark, and the rain pounding. In the midst of the hunt, her paws pounded the ground as she chased the deer in hot pursuit. It was terrified of the vicious hunter with eyes wild and breathe fast as it ran on limber legs leaping over every obstacle in it’s path. This was no trouble for the great white tiger, getting ready to pounce on the deer’s haunches. They exited the forest, the biggest mistake the deer had made yet. She pounced. With no trouble of branches or trees in her way, her pounce was fatal. With claws extended, she raked it’s back and got a firm hold of the deer’s haunches as she waited for it to halt, fall and give up as walking with three hundred pounds of cat attached would be rather difficult. Once it stopped, she dug her jaws into the base of it’s neck. Once it’s heart’s blood was free falling, it’s body still and silent, she let go. She glanced around momentarily before she dug into the abdomen of her fresh kill.

A pair of yellow, glowing eyes watched the tiger from the cover of the forest. After a moment’s pause, a beautiful, but wordless song floats on the wind, carrying gently to the tiger. The eyes disappear from view, and only the song is heard.

The tiger pauses mid-bite, ears twitching and becoming alert and cautious. She didn’t let the song bother her too much as she started trying to find the location of the noise with her nose tilted towards the wind to catch a scent. She growled after licking her chops to get some of the deer’s blood off her muzzle as she began to grow annoyed. She wrapped her jaws around the dead creature’s neck and began to drag it away with annoyance.

The scent that floats to the tiger’s nose is sweet, and welcoming. The song increases, and the yellow eyes appear again, watching the tiger, but giving it a location to find the source.

She pauses and faces towards this noise, the eyes. She lifts her lips to growl, still gripping the deer’s neck. The entire time her primal instincts were in control, not so much her intellectual human side. She was just letting the tiger do whatever it wanted, just live it’s life while her mind was off for the time being. Having no fear, the tiger drops her prey and roars, no longer able to withstand the sound. It was growing annoying and the sweet scent was making her feel like she was near a human’s settlement. She was growing angry, just past the point of being annoyed. All she wanted to do was eat in peace before another predator came and took her prey before she was finished.

The song grows louder, and the scent more intense, as if challenging the beast. The figure steps out, revealing a silhouette of a humanoid.

It looked humanoid. That’s the first thing that registered in the big cat’s mind. Humans were bad and they hurt her. Killed her family. She snarled, all hair raising on end as she was getting ready to attack. Her senses were blurred and it was just so infuriating! She charged at this being, fueled by hatred and annoyance she did not hesitate. Over three hundred pounds of big cat nearly four feet tall rushed at the being, getting ready to pounce with claws extended. (Please post more in your next post.)

(Yea, that post was sort of because I had little to put) The song stops, and the being laughs as it jumps towards a tree, seemingly disappearing against the bark before the tiger reaches her. And as the being charges, it seems more predators had been attracted by the song, and some were beginning to tear into the carcass left out. A giggling can be heard from the leaves.

She tears gashes into the tree before she turns and attacks the predators digging into her kill. Easily larger than most of them, she swipes many away. Wolves to her were more like Yorkies than a larger dog as she out weighed even the largest. Roaring and tearing into flesh that was neither her’s nor her kill’s, she soon drags what’s left away, towards a nearby lake to devour the remnants of her prey, though is angered to know that most had been picked off. She takes a bone in her jaws and snaps it out of anger, frustration, and pure annoyance. After lapping out the marrow, and keeping the other bones nearby, she dives into the water, trying to calm herself as her human mind takes control once more.

(No, I will say something if I have a problem with anything and will address it respectfully.)

Selena frowned as she watched the exchange. Wanting her large cousin to have a full, proper meal, she spread her senses through the forest, searching for another deer for her. Finding one, she dispatched it with a quick arrow, then brought it to the tiger, lowering it from above while shielding her from her scent.
Now she was certain that the tiger could eat her fill, she raised a shield around her, one she could easily leave-but would prevent any enemies from approaching. Turning to the trees, she spoke calmly and clearly. “I know you’re still there, Stranger. I would appreciate the opportunity to talk in peace about your actions this night.”
Her current assignment was to keep the forest safe, and that was exactly what she intended to do.

    (kk :3))
The mexican winged wolf ran through the forest as gun shots and arrows wized by. The wolf jumped of a tree cutting a sharp corner as the gun shots grew softer.I sit panting, “Ugh! I hate humans!”
as the foot steps grow louder I once agin try to fly, but as always I fail.
