this is where you make your character by stating your hair style/length color, eye color, basic facial features, and body type/shape not to mention clothing. If you struggle to figure out normal fallout clothing google will have all of them but you cannot have armor only clothes.

Hair type: shaved on all sides but the top is long enough to reach his jawline; color: White on the long part black on the shaved (most often white is tied back into ponytail)
Eye color: bright blue
a soft but sharp facial features very slim body fair pail skin wearing a drifters jacket clothing setup (outfit in pic)
