bio: Horatio was a soldier in the war from the time he was 12. After the war ended, his legion was virtually deserted by the government and had to get home themselves. He’s still trying to return to his hometown and find his family. Horatio is brave and honest, but his brashness often puts him in danger.

Name: Lagarto Verde
Age: 16
Bio: I used to play around the toxic sludge pits as a child when a slip into the pool turned me into a mutant. Now I’m not exactly “human”. Actually, not ‘human” at all. Mostly lizard. I rely on my natural abilities and monster strength. I’m not quite sure how I feel on the whole kill-the-monsters thing that has become popular as of late.

Looks: Humanoid Lizard. Only slightly taller then an average human. Clawed hands. Tail. mostly Green. -
Name: Lorna Nix
Age: 17
Bio: Lorna was a young girl when her mother was lost to the sludge. Soon after, her father’s mind snapped and he was left being a bubbling mess. Her brother was left to care for her and their father. But when their father had lost his sanity, her brother showed the aftermath. Lorna was 7 when their father attacked her, kicking and punching her. She was defenseless. That was when her brother saw what was happening and went to pull her father off. Her father then stabbed him in the gut over and over again. When her father had finished, he ran off. Her brother was left on the floor and Lorna knelt next to him and her brother slowly and painfully took off his red scarf and passed it to her. “I love you Lornie.” was the last thing he said before he died. Since then, she doesn’t really trust anyone but herself.

bio: this is sapphire sister who, by studieng the sluge has mutated her slightly. she resides in the 100% monster proof building they call camp. she found a way to keep monsters safe in the building. she can also communicate with other mutants, but not full monsters.

I’ve been thinking about his ability to talk. I think it would be in short somewhat clipped sentences that are almost instinctive. He would rely more on action to convey thought rather then words.
