“Okay, here’s the deal,” Dipstick looks back to Autumn May, “Tell your tribe to book it, find a safe place, somewhere sacred to ya, maybe,” He looks over to Cass, “You too. Dun’ waste time. I’ll handle Twitchykins here.”

Dipstick frowns at the sight of the humanoid, and flames form in his palm, summoning his sword, “I dun’ care what it is… I jus’ don’t like the look in its eye…”

“Apparently, it’s a tent,” Dipstick says dully as he stares at the structure, “Why…?”

Dipstick looks back to Autumn May getting out of bed, “Well, if ya can manage, sure,” He looks back to Buddy, “Make sure the rest of the people are a-ok, bud!” He chuckles with a wink and follows Cass, “C’mon, May.”

Buddy smiles to May waking up, “Hey now,” He chuckles, “You’re just running a small fever. You’ll be okay if you stay in bed.”

“Really? Awesome!” He chuckles, curling a fist, “Lead the way!”

Dipstick heads up stairs, whistling lightly as he walks up to the second floor, looking around for a janitorial closet. “Of course, we take the of the most obvious places that wouldn’t have anything interesting in it.”

Dipstick looks back to her as Buddy continues his treatment, “Well, more or less!” He chuckles a bit, “Who’re you?”

Buddy sighs a bit, recognizing the sickness now, “I see,” He then hurries to get to work in treating her, “She’ll wake back up in a few hours, but she’ll still need to stay in bed.”

Dipstick nods thoughtfully, “So, I guess that’s my.. our job, huh?”

“Might be more than a fever,” Buddy mutters to himself as cheeks her symptoms quickly.

Buddy looks back to them as he’s already finished nursing his patients wounds, “What’s it?” He sees that the chief’s passed out, “Okay, bring her over here, quick, bro.” He points to another bed.

Dipstick nods and lays her onto it.

Buddy then walks over, placing a hand over her hand, “Hmm.. It could be just a fever…”

“Okay,” Dipstick then scoops her up into his arms, “You’re runnin’ a fever like somethin’ fierce.” He then runs over to the medical tent where Buddy was already treating another patient.

“Whoa..!” Dipstick catches her, holding her close, “No.. You’re not.. You need help, okay? Buddy can fix you up nice n’ neat again in no time.”

Dipstick tilts his head to her, not believing her, “No, ya’re not,” He soon takes her hand, “C’mon. Ya need’ta see a doctor.”

“Right,” Dipstick says and soon, stitches up the man carefully. Afterward, he looks back back to her, “You sure you’re feeling well?”

Dipstick turns to her, concerned, “Are you alright, May?” He asks.

“Some big shot came rolling in through here,” Buddy explains as he nurses her wounds carefully, “Least that’s what Dipstick told me. Some “Doctor O. Ringmyster-somethin’-or-other..”

“Classified, eh?” Dipstick says, crossing his arms, “How classy…”

Dipstick looks over to his friend, “A’ighty, Ava!” He walks inside, “I’ll take upstairs!”

“Aw, that’s kinda sad..” He smiles to it, “We’ll be your first costumers then!”

Buddy then walks back to her, checking her wounds carefully, “Huh, looks like you’re a bit more resilient than I thought!” He chuckles, taking out some medicine, “I’ll bandage ya up real quick, and you’ll be outta here in no time, bud.”

Dipstick whistles to the auto-clerk! “Heya, Nuts!” He walks up to the bot, “Do you have a couple extra room open?”

They soon enter the tent and Buddy gestures to the bed, “Okay, sit over there and take off your jacket, please,” He says, walking over to the sink to wash his hands.

Dipstick walks out and over toward the hotel without much caution. He just seemed to be having fun with all of this, whistling a light tune.

Buddy smiles to the woman, “Dun’ worry, Cassy!” He chuckles, “I ain’t gonna do nuthin’ stupid.”

Dipstick watches as she mends the man’s wound carefully.

“O-ho!” Dipstick laughs a bit, “Nice! Well, let’s get going!” He gestures for her to follow him outside.

Dipstick nods to her, still watching.

“Okay, good,” Dipstick smirks, “Now what?”

Dipstick watches this quietly, not at all grossed out by her work.

Dipstick looks back to Jeff and nods, “Thanks, Jeff,” He says, and looks back to Cassy, “So, ya wanna head to the motel and take a rest before we head back up to them cabins? I’ve been told there’s creatures there! Might be best to conserve energy and get familiar with the place before we go do somethin’ stupid, right!?”

“A’ighty then, Ava!” Dipstick chuckles a bit, then suddenly pauses, knowing that his stories usually were a bunch of funny goofs he’s made in the field, “Wait.. What kinda stories…?”

“Oh-ho!” He laughs a bit, “Really, huh!? Ex-mil.. I was Ex-mil myself, y’know?” Dipstick pulls up a thumb to his chest, “I was better known as the Heavy Pyro.. and some other stuff, heh.” The biker winks to her.
