The two Pokemon looked just as confused as Khypfer, staring at the kid for a few moments before noticing the look Khypfer was giving them and shrugging in unison. Liam finally stepped forward, saying, “Uh, shorts or not… kid wants to battle, I guess.” Mika just blinked as Liam put her down before she ran over to sit by Khypfer’s feet.
