Dirk laughed, his shades flashing. “I wouldn’t mind the ship, I always wanted to go sailing.” His mechanical bird fluttered around his head before coming to perch on his shoulder.

The blond mechanic rubbed his ears with a slight wince when the new troll entered into the room. He was thankful he wasn’t working on anything at the moment, or it would be in pieces in his hands,he looked over to Jake and saw the red mark. “You okay dude?”

Dirk shrugged. “Im not sure, but i hope soon.” The mechanical bird landed on his shoulder, “I need to give the bird to him…” He carefully took a sip out of the delicate cup.

He gently started to wipe away the blood on his neck and shoulders before tucking one of the bottles against his neck. “Like this?” He grabbed a clean cloth and started to get the dried blood out of his hair.

Grey smiled happily before running to the kitchen and grabbing a few fist fulls of slightly damp rags and throwing them in the microwave. He filled two water bottles with warm water and grabbed the warmed rags to race back to his parents. He grinned happily, “Is this enough?”

Grey grinned back,relived. “So your going to be okay? “He hesitantly touch his father’s shoulder, should i get some warm rags and water bottles to help?”

Grey gently touch his other father’s face. “Better than you Pa..” he examined his body worried about all the blood. “Where are you hurt?” He gently brushed his father’s hair out of his face. “Is there anything I can do to help?”

Grey tugged on his dad’s arm once he spotted dirk take off. “We gotta help Pa..” He managed to walk over and kneel next to his other father and hesitantly touched his hair. “Pa…?”

Grey tried to pull himself towards Dave.”Pa…?” He was held back by his other father, “Let the others take care of him.” He looked mournfully at his other father, before backing away slightly and letting his father throw an arm around his shoulder and pull him into a side hug. Grey huddled himself against his father and felt his tears well up. He sniffled against his dad’s shoulder, his tears making John’s shirt all wet.

Grey felt like an intruder witnessing this scene, he didn’t know what to do, but he mourned the life of the man he didn’t even know. He huddled closer to his dad as a few tears leaked out of his eyes. He bowed his head in respect for the fallen warrior.

The teenager shivered, he felt a feeling of forbidding and pressed himself closer to his father. “No…”

Grey suddenly looked at his dad, he rubbed the back of his head a bit confused. “how did you even get here?”

He tackled his dad happily and smiled into his shoulder, his voice was slightly muffled. “Dad!”
He pulled his head back and looked around. “Where’s Pa?” He greeted the other people/trolls as they gathered around him.

The boy laughed happily. “Thanks!” He looked around exited. “Dad is here? I haven’t seen him in a while…” Grey trailed off and placed the weapons in his modus. ” Do you know where Pa is then? I was hoping to see him again…”

He pulled up the driveway and got off his bike. He unclipped his helmet and pulled it free, THEN shook his head and placed it in his sylladex.He sweeped Casi into a hug. ” Hey there, i haven’t seen you in a a while… ” He pulled away and grabbed the box strapped on his bike. “These are for you…”

*his bike’s engine roared as he gassed it, the sound echoed loudly off the empty buildings before he rounded the corner onto his friends street. He gassed it again to let her know that he was coming in*

Dirk blinked behind his sunglasses and shrugged. The trolls started to talk to each other leaving the humands to do what ever humans do, he didn’t mind. Dirk wandered away with Jake, who had refused to let go of his shoulders and now he had a.derpy grin on his face. Jake didn’t seem to be aware of the world around him.

Dirk scratched the back of his head and sheepishly asked, “Were did you get all of these pillows?” Dirk looked slightly embarrassed, ” There really comfortable…”

Dirk lifted his cup in turn. ” Thanks for having us!” Dirk nudged Jake in the ribs ” And dealing with this idiot.”

Dirk shifted slight balancing out the weight that Jake’s had thrown on him with ease. He grinned, ” This hear is my friend, Jake English.”

“I am ,thank you!” Dirk hugged a laugh and scratched the back of his head, disrupting the bird and his shoulder. It fluttered to the table and hopped around Kanaya’s tea cup. “I usually don’t like tea, but this stuff is good.”
