His smirk had faded after a few seconds and he rolls over on the ground starting to mumble.

Akio contains his laughs, slapping his knee. He giggles all the way until Okarin walks out. He quits laughing when he leaves. Akio turns to look at Mary. He sighs loudly. “Okay, take me back. I’m done.”

Cobalt lays on the ground the smirk still on his face as he slept.

The smile slowly drops off her face, “I see… if that’s how you’re going to be,” She draws the needle from her pocket, jabs the tip of it into the side of Cobalt’s neck and injects it’s contents into him, “I guess our little meeting is over.”

Cobalt looks amused now, “Oh? So tell me… are you scared now? Now that you have an insane lunatic in your face?” He glances down at her hand that was in her pocket then back to her eyes. “I wouldn’t go that far. Then you will ruin our little meeting.”

Mary grows tense, leaning away from Cobalt slightly, “I think that’s a bad idea…” She says as she slips her hand into her pocket, wrapping her fingers around the syringe of sedative contained within it, “I’m not going to tamper with your restraints, please just go back to your seat.” She gives him a forced smile.

Cobalt his smirks gets bigger as he moves closer to her. “You don’t even know why I wear this do you? Or why I wear this muzzle.” He leans over her still grinning like a maniac. “If you wish to find out you just have to take it off. Then you will just end up like the others.” Cobalt begins to laugh as his mind breaks once again.

Mary looks over at cobalt, then back to Akio, “If you get too physical maybe you’ll end up in a straight jacket, like him” She says as she leans back in her chair and nods her head toward Cobalt.

Akio begins to pace the room again, folding his arms behind his back. He holds his head high, puffing out his chest a bit. “What will happen if I get…too physical?” he asks, grinning widely.

Cobalt smirks, “Oh is someone scared now?”

Mary backs up from Akio slightly, “It’s.. ok” She replies, a bit shaken, “You probably shouldn’t get physical with employees here though, its a pretty bad idea.” She walks back to her chair and sits down.

Cobalt had stood up when Akio had grabbed Mary and he watches them.

Akio takes a hold of Mary’s arm, he pulls her up a bit. He exhales, tilting his head to the side. “I didn’t mean to make you trip.” Akio uses his other hand to take Mary’s hand off of his arm.

Mary’s eyes widen as she stumbles around Akio, “T-that’s nice, but could you please let go of me! I’m afraid I’m going to-” Before she can finish her sentence, she trips and falls toward the ground, gripping Akio’s arm tightly as she does.

Akio leans in as well, he sits up, only letting his knees keep him up. He whispers in Mary’s ear. “Cake.” he’s silent but doesn’t move. Mary looks back at Akio, “What else was there?” She asks, leaning in toward him slightly.

“Awww,” Akio looks down in disappointment, he still smiles. “I was about to tell you about the last Christmas I had. The food was amazing. Turkey, and ham. Cranberry sauce, eggs and sausages. With the finest champagne and wines! And do you know what else was there…?” he looks up at Mary and flutters his eyelids.

Mary’s face turns bright red and her voice wavers, “O-oh… my apologies,” She says as she turns to Okarin, her embarrassment causing her posture to straighten, “It wont happen again.” She regains her composure.

Cobalt looks to Mary and smirks.

“Ah, that’s not the problem,” Okarin says, looking away from Mary and giving a somewhat forced smile, “As professionals, we generally aren’t supposed to discuss patients backgrounds with anyone save for relevant doctors.” He leans further back in his chair, beginning to twirl his pen in his fingers.

Cobalt looks between them and tilts his head.

Akio grins ear to ear, he adjusts himself so he’s sitting on his knees. He takes a hold of Mary’s hand. “Oh! Thank you so much! That would be grand!” he then looks over to Okarin, scowling. “Please don’t say ‘no’.” he says through his teeth.

Okarin glances at Mary, giving her a serious glare and shaking his head to her, warning her for it.

Cobalt snorts and keeps glaring at her.

“Maybe….I would like to go outside on the weekends, spend a couple of hours out there? It would be lovely if I could spend time with people…” Akio looks over at Mary, smiling. “Those would make me happy.”

Cobalt’s head tilts back then falls onto his shoulder a bit as he looks to Mary with a glare, “Taking me out of this damned straight-jack would be nice.”

Mary drags her chair a bit closer to Akio and Cobalt, “You guys seem really… unhappy.. about the way things have been going.” She says to them, leaning forward, “Perhaps there is something we can do to improve your stay here?”

“Oh? Really? You don’t seem like the type.” Akio stops circling Cobalt, he sits down across from him. “Anywho…how I am doing…that’s a tough question, actually. I’m not sure, I’ve been doing okay. Cobalt cocks his head to the side looking a bit annoyed, “How are you doing? Oh and the ‘killing myself’ remark… tried that already so they had to keep a watch on me for quit sometime.”

Akio still walks around Cobalt, keeping a little more than an arms length away from him. “Must be a drag. Sitting in a room all day, wearing a…straight jacket. I’m quite surprised you’re not dead. I would’ve killed myself a long time ago if I was in your situation.” Akio does a couple twists and turns. “Why not ask me how I am doing?”

Cobalt keeps his eyes locked with Akio’s. “Besides being locked in a white box for a few years fine.” He glances to the side some as if someone to talking to him then he looks back to Akio and smirks.

Akio nods, standing up and beginning to walk around, keeping his eyes locked on Cobalt. “Yeah, how’ve you been doing?” he grins a bit, crossing his arms.

“Yeah,” Okarin said, beginning to twirl his pen between his fingers, “…Not really sure where to start…” He brings the end of his pen up to his cheek, thinking, “Lets go with the basics then…” He murmurs to himself, “So, why don’t you guys just talk about how you’ve been doing?”

Akio leans his head on Okarin’s legs, he gives Mary a dirty stare. “Should we get on with it or not?” he groans, closing his eyes. He crosses his arms, opening his eyes and looking at Cobalt. “Oh,” he smirks a bit. “You’re smaller than I expected.”

Mary crosses their legs and looks at her clipboard, “Hmm…” She flips between the pages a few times, “I can see some similarity, maybe you’re on to something Doctor.” She says as she looks up and smiles at him.

Cobalt sits there silent for once his eyes scanning over all three of them.

Okarin shrugs, pulling a pen from the breast pocket of his labcoat, “Its mostly a hunch but I think there’s a link between their conditions, if I can find it then I might be able to modify their medication so its more effective at treating rather than managing.”

Mary slowly turns to Okarin, “So, shall we get started?” She asks, as she pulls out her clipboard, “Also, can you tell me why we bought these two patients together out of all of the patients in the ward?” She glances at Cobalt then at Akio, observing them.

Cobalt was looking around the room again but he looks board. His hair still being a mess from sleeping on the ground.

Okarin gives Akio a reassuring smile, “We’ll just be talking, it’ll be fine, nothing scary.”

Once Mary and Cobalt enter the room, Akio becomes uneasy. He moves a little closer to Okarin, nearly sitting on his feet. He puts his head back, staring at Okarin. “What will we do, exactly?” he whispers, tapping one of his fingers on the floor.

Cobalt looks around the room then at Akio his eyes still narrow but he walks further into the room and sits on the ground.
